Supply and fixing of PVC synthetic elastomer electrically insulated mat conforming to IS: 15652-2006 with Class A insulation having 2mm thickness upto 3.3KV. Including taking down of old existing mat.

Providing and fixing M.V. danger notice plate of 200 mm X 150 mm, made of mild steel, at least 2 mm thick, and vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required.

Re-lettering with Japan paint of required size,approved brand and manufacture directed by engineer in charge.

Fabrication, Transportation and supply of hot-dip galvanized Octogonal Pole with BSEN - 10025 grade S 355 JO steel plate for shaft, IS 2062 for base plate with door opening arrangement, including chain for anti theft mechanism, supply of suitable 9 Mtrs height Pole having dimensions Bottom 155mm, Top 70mm with 3mm thick, base plate 260 x 260 x 16mm and 4 Nos of M24 x 750mm long 'J' bolts along with template or equivalent.

Supply of prewired vertical type junction box of size 300X200X125 of thermo plastic pole box with bottom entry IP65 protection complete with GI Clamps, nuts/Bolts for fixing the box terminals 200A tinned copper bus-Bar, Common nutural links earth bar, din bar for mounting MCB, terminal connection for incoming and outgoing duly prewired with adequate size of FRLS PVC Copper conductor upto terminal connection/neutral link, earthing etc., as required. Painting of Electrical panel / Transformer/poles by using enamel paint with proper safety of the same by spray gun incl.thoroughly cleaning the surface of all rust & dust with wire brush scrapper and sand paper

Removal of existing panel key and replacement with new one and making good as directed by engineer in charge.
