Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations and including execavating with in 150 mt length etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth: consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.to complete the job as per instructions Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded Quarzite stone hand broken stone 20 to 40 mm nominal size). To complete the work as per instructions of Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick M.S. sheet sliding-shutters, with frame and diagonal braces of 40x40x6 mm angle iron, 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, 25 mm dia pulley, 40x40x6 mm angle and T- iron guide at the top and bottom respectively, including applying a priming coat of approved steel prime as per instructions of Engineer-In-Charge

Coursed rubble masonry with hard stone (Second sort or second sort) in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level.Masonry work (second sort) , in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) to complete the job as per Instructions of Engineer-In-Charge

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 3 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes with 1:6 cement mortar including scaffolding to complete the job as per instructions of engineer-In-Charge

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade HYSD Fe-415 or more. 16mm Dia bars Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level to complete the job as per Instructions of Engineer-In-Charge

Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars 10mm Dia bars Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level to complete the job as per Instructions of Engineer-In-Charge

MS. Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses, main posts Class-B and truses Class-B type sections etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, Colour , including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished smooth with spone to complete the job as per instructions of Engineer-In-Charge

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade. Apex ultima manufactured by M/S Asian Paints or equivalent. New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10sqm over and including base coat of damp proof proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Two or more coats on new work Painting with superior quality synthetic enamel paint of approved asian or equalient brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Providing and fixing of CRS sheet of standard IS 513 having yield strength of 240 MPC and 0.5 mm thick with gavalanized as per IS 277/GIS 3302 of sheet 0.47 TCT zinc coating of 120 GSM both side mass painted as per IS 14246 RMP tolerance of 0.03 as per IS 513 of colour off white, green, light blue of wide 1.06 m semi corrogated sheets in curves as required plans with double "E" fashner of required size of make of Uttam gavalanized or self threading screw with EPDM rubber washer or equivalent and complete the job as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Foundations, footings, bases for columns Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for to complete the job as per Instructions of Engineer-In-Charge

Providing, mixing and applying 1:2:4 cement concrete flooring SBR polymer (of approved make @ minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) modified plain/reinforced cement concrete for structural members having minimum characteristic compressive strength [with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria] with specified average thickness. Note: Rates shall be for finished surface area of concrete and shall include the cost of labour, concrete and appropriate approved Super- Plasticiser for rendering concrete as flowable and SBR polymer but shall exclude cost of reinforcement, bond coat, Shear Keys, centering and shuttering, strutting, propping etc(Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/ tapping with a blunt metal instrument) including cement punning to complete the work as per instructions of engineer-in-charge.
