As per tender document;Supply and Transportation of of INVERTER Model Cool type split AC unit with high wall mounted Single Split 100% copper indoor and outdoor condencing unit Hermetically sealed compressor suitable for operation on 230V, 50Hz, 1Phase AC supply capable of performing Heat cool dehumidifying air circulating and filtering with cooling and condensing units with 3.0 mts of copper piping, insulation kit and 4 mts of 4 core copper flexible chord (Voltage range 160- 264 volts) and cordless remote control with with warranty of compressor for 5 years and comprehensive maintenance for 2 years

As per tender document;Providing comprehensive maintenance service with zero down time new filing section AC system to 7 x 5.5 TR Air conditioner plant units with 2 nos of 38.5 TR air handling unit % 0 mm of WC (system Air) Eurovent certified 13200 CPM 14 nos of 7.5 TR of voltas make out door units and all its parts with original spares like motors, belts, drivers, compressor, air filter, fire dampers, all electric and electronic items expansion valve, copper pipes ducting, thermal and acoustic insulation etc, including nitrogen gas testing, brazing and gas charging all spares must be original make of manufacture and should be approved by Engineer in charge. The agency must ensure Zero sown time of the AC plant system with periodic Quarterly maintenance of IDU?s and OUD?s with high pressure water pumps and addressing issues before hand to avoid any major break done, spares and consumables must be kept ready. The agency must adhere to all the ASHRAE standards while maintaining the sub cool and super heat temperature of the refrigerant gas the plant room must also be kept neat and tidy all the time.

As per tender document;Providing comprehensive maintenance and quarterly servicing to 3 phase 8.5 TR ductable Air Conditioners of carrier makes and capacities for the period 01/08/2024 to 30/07/2025 (12 months) The comprehensive maintenance services of Air conditioners includes quarterly servicing (both dry & wet servicing as per requirement) of Air conditioners and stabilizers wherever installed along the AC units) attending breakdown of Air conditioners stabilizers wherever installed along the AC units ) including compressor, thermostat, fan motor capacitor, running capacitor starting capacitor, relay, evaporator switches, fan blades, bower , blower motor Air filter, capillary tube & filter electrical wiring Gas recharging etc, whatsoever required for effective running of the Air conditioners supply of all spars tools tackles and equipment?s consumables ladder etc shall be in the scope of contactor
