CONSTRUCTION OF 1 NO OF 500 KL RCC ELSR;Labour charges for fixing Kinetic Air Valves with isolating Sluice valves, Double Air valves/ Air Cushion valve excluding cost of jointing materials such as bolts, nuts and rubber insertions etc., complete.

CONSTRUCTION OF 1 NO OF 500 KL RCC ELSR;PHE-JCIR-4: Jointing the, D.I. Pipes & fittings with Rubber Gasket, including the cost of the gasket, all sundries filling with water with a water lead upto 500 m and testing to required pressure etc., complete as per BIS No.3114/85.

CONSTRUCTION OF 1 NO OF 500 KL RCC ELSR;Centrifugally cast (spun) Ductile Iron pressure pipes for water, Gas and sewage with socket spigot ends confirming to I.S.: 8329/2000 in standard working lengths of 4,5,5.5 & 6 meterfor classification K7 suitable for push on joint (Rubber Gasket D jointing) with cement mortar lining inside the pipes with out side Zinc coating. Rates are including Transportation etc complete. but excluding taxes.

CONSTRUCTION OF 1 NO OF 500 KL RCC ELSR;RBR - FNDN-1 - (i-B) - In ordinary soils, by Mechanical means: Earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil for Pipe line trenches as per drawings and technical specifications including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material, dressing of sides and bottom as per Technical Specification 304 MORTH and as directed by the departmental officer including protecting the existing utility services wherever it is possible during the execution and taking all precautionary measures in the restricted areas for laying sewer/water lines including divertion of traffic and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material and disposal of remaining earth upto a lead of 50 m, including all incidental and operational charges etc., complete for Pipe Lines by mechanical means.

CONSTRUCTION OF 1 NO OF 500 KL RCC ELSR;Manufacture, Supply and delivery of DI D/F Gate Valves (Soft Seated) Resilient seated soft sealing gate valves (Sluice valves) with body bonnet of ductile cast iron of grade GGG40/SG- 400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or equivalent grade as per I.S.3896-part2-1985 and subsequent revisions, wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM food grade quality and seals of NBR and the valves should be of vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BS5163-89/IS14846-2000/DIN 3202 F 4. All the valves should be with Electrostatic powder coating both inside and outside pocket less body passage. Drilled as per IS:1538.

CONSTRUCTION OF 1 NO OF 500 KL RCC ELSR;BLD-CSTN-2-8 (16) : Filling with Sand in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS NO. 309 & 310)

CONSTRUCTION OF 1 NO OF 500 KL RCC ELSR;Manufacture, supply and delivery of Single Chamber DI Air Valve with Body and cover in Ductile Iron of grade SG 400/12 or equivalent grade as per I.S.3896-part2-1985 and subsequent revisions. All internal parts such as float, shell etc., all cover bolts, of stainless steel, and Gaskets and seals of EPDM food grade quality.S Epoxy powder coating (EP-P) inside and outside colour blue. Drilled as per IS:1538.

CONSTRUCTION OF 1 NO OF 500 KL RCC ELSR;BLD-CSTN-2-9 modification.; Filling with excavated earth by manual means in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS NO. 309 & 310)

CONSTRUCTION OF 1 NO OF 500 KL RCC ELSR;Manufacture, Supply and delivery of DI D/F Swing Check Valves Slanted/Straight seated with metallic, corrosion proof and wear resistant seat faces resilient seat, Body and Disc of ductile cast iron GGG 40/SG Iron 420/12 or equivalent grade as per IS 3896(part2)-1985 and subsequent revisions. All the inside and outside of the body is to be coated with double coating of epoxy liquid. Drilled as per IS:1538. Specification and Dimensions as per I.S 5312 or equivalent codes.
