DRAIN WARD NO.16;Providing high yield strength deformed (HYSD) steel bars (Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-1985) of 8mm to 40mm diameters, cutting, bending, to required sizes and shapes placing in position with cover blocks of approved size and binding wire of 20SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings including cost and conveyance of bars from approved sources to site of work, including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all operational, incidental, and labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying etc., and sales & other taxes,on cost of all materials complete for finished item of work (APSS No.126) in all floors.

DRAIN WARD NO.16;BLD-CSTN-3-16-(31)-C : Supply and placing of the M-25 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate , coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, vibrating, curing, centering, shuttering charges etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges (APSS No. 402) with minimum cement content as per IS code for finished item of work. for RCC SLABS, BEAMS ( using Steel Scaffolding ) Note : 1) The cement content is adopted as 380Kg/cum for estimating purpose only.The exact quantities will be as per mix design. 2) As per mix design, if the cement content is found to be less than 380 Kgs/ Cum the defference in cost shall be deducted.
