Laying of CC Roads;RBR-CCPV-5: Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30design mix (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 21- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD.

Laying of CC Roads;Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN / Vibratory Roller 80-100 kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 MORD / MORTH.

Laying of CC Roads;Earthwork excavation for road way in soil by Manual means including cutting and pushing the earth to side of embankment upto a lead of 100 metres including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections etc., complete for finished item of work for trench cutting as per MOR&H specification No.301 and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge- (Hydraulic Excavator)

Laying of CC Roads;Repairs to existing manhole of 0.30 depth with 2nd class traditional Bricks in Cm(1:4) including Internal plastering 20 mm thick in CM(1:3) and External Plastering 12 mm thick in CM(1:3) and top benching in CC(1:2:4) including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour, Seigonarage charges, Curing and all taxes etc. complete

Laying of CC Roads;Cutting openCC road surface (as well as asphalt concrete upto 75 mm thick ) including water bound macadam and stacking of excavated materials for pipe line trench work. as directed by the departmental officers.
