Construction of Platform;Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clauses 1000 and 1202 MORD & 1100, 1600 MORTH for Bars below 36 mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded (RBR-FNDN-7)

Construction of Platform;Supply and placing of the VRCC M25 Grade Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using WEIGH BATCHER / CONCRETE MIXER (Cement: Fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) coresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work with minimum cement content as per IS code from standard suppliers approved by the department including pumping, steel centering, steel shuttering, laying concrete, vibrating, curing etc. complete but excluding Seigniorage charges & taxes like GST etc. (APSS 403).

Construction of Platform;Providing Vibrated Cement Concrete M20 Design Mix ( 1:2:4 ) usng 20 mm metal size HBG crushed stone graded metal and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000-2 of MoRT&H including cost, seigniorage conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges, centering, machine mixing, laying, vibrating, curing etc., including all other incidental and operational charges of all T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H specification 1500,1700, 2200 (4th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for Side Wall

Construction of Platform;Suppllying and fixing of stainless steel hand railing as per approved drawing with top rail of 64mm dia (Outer) 2mm thick pipe, vertical balusters of 50mm dia 2mm thick at 600mmc/c spacing 7Nos and 3nos. 25mm dia (outer) 1.60mm thick stainless steel pipes below top rail with equal spacings and 50mm wide 8mm thick SS Plate for fixing vertical balusters at 600mm center with 100x100mm stainless steel base plate to be fixed to the steps/footpath with Anchor fasterners. the rate inclusive of providing and using bonding agent, drilling 25mm holes for fixing railing, polishing of all nos of railing thoroughly and also including cost and conveyance of all materials, electrodes, welding charges, cost of all consumables, labour charges such as fabrication of SS pipes, buffing, polishing etc complete for finished item of work.
