community hall;TBSC-M.II-15 : Supplying and fixing of Unplasticised Poly Vinyl Chloride (UPVC) 2 Track?2 Panel Sliding windows with mesh duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 91 mm x 49 mm x 2.20 mm for outer frames, 62 mm x 41 mm x 2.20 mm for sliding shutter frames capable of mounting single glazing system, structurally reinforced with 30 mm 15 mm x 1.5 mm with hot dip galvanized up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 1.0/1.2 mm and the shutter of fly screen with fibre mesh shall be made of size 21mm x 58mm extruded uPVC window profile section of white colour having outer wall thickness of 2.2mm (± 0.3mm) provided with reinforcement of minimum 1.5mm thick G/J/U/S/O type GI section duly mitred cut and thermal welded at all corners and prefabricated & welded through fusion welding. The window sash shall be fitted with 5 mm thick clear float glass of reputed make & Glazing bead shall be co-extruded with Grey colour soft PVC. System shall have single point locking with Touch Lock and the system is to be installed at the site using anchor fasteners, silicon rubber sealant, easy glazing/ deglazing at site etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials, accessories, labour charges for transportation, erection at site complete for finished item of work.

community hall;Painting to walls with Two coats of water proof cement paint of approved brand and shade over a base coat of water based primer of exterior grade-2 of approved brand, making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete and cost of overheads & contractors profit for finished item of work as per SS 912 for external walls for:-External Colouring - Water proof cement paint - 1+2 Coats
