construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a perpared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade) cement component not less than 407kgs/cum, coarse and fine aggregate (nominal size metal 60% of 20mm and 40% of 10mm) conforming to IS:383, maximum in a concrete mixer of 0.4/0.28 cum capacity using approved mix design, liad in approved fixed side form water (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125mm micron thick polythene film,wedges,steel plates including levelling the form work asper drawing), spreading the concrete with shoves,rakes,compacted using needle,scared and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation excluding provision of contraction and expansion,construction joints, applying de bonding strips,primer,sealant,dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints admixtures as approved curing of concrete blocks for 14 days curing compound (whereever specified))

Supply of 12.5 mm thick masticpad, placing the same 25mm below top of the pavement slab sealing with hot sealing compound(Grade -A, ISI ) polysulphide at 5.00mts intervals in C.C Pavement including cost and conveyance of materials, labour charges for placing in position for expansion joints conforming to MoRTH Specificatio No.602

Supply of Back up to cold applied salvant in construction of longitudinal joints back up"Sil Seal" 25 mm OD including all charges etc complete.

Carting of excavated earth from site with lead up to 3 kms beyond initial lead including conveyance but excluding stocking charges etc complete.
