ward 19 muslim community hall;BLD-CSTN-3-14-(31) - A : Supply and placing of the M-20 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using WEIGH BATCHER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate , coarse aggregate, water etc., to site . on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, vibrating, curing, centering and suttering charges etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402) with minimum cement content as per IS code for PLINTH, PEDESTALS and FOOTINGS. Note : 1) The cement content is adopted as 380Kg/cum for estimating purpose only.The exact quantities will be as per mix design. 2) As per mix design, if the cement content is found to be less than 380 Kgs/ Cum the defference in cost shall be deducted

ward 19 muslim community hall;RBR-FNDN-1- (I-B-i) - In ordinary soils up to 3.00 Mts depth below GL by Mechanical means: Earthwork excavation in all kinds of soils as per drawings and technical specifications including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material , dressing of sides and bottom as per Technical Specification 304 MORTH and as directed by the departmental officer including protecting the existing utility services wherever it is possible during the execution and taking all precautionary measures in the restricted areas including divertion of traffic and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material and disposal of remaining earth upto a lead of 50 m, including all incidental and operational charges etc., complete by mechanical means.
