Balance works to existing Waddera Community hall;TBSC-M.II-03 : Providing and fixing of Two shutter Sliding Windows made of Galvanized Steel as per IS 513, D quality, galvanized as per IS 277 with powder coated with Pure polyester powder up to 50-60 microns thick with total coated thickness of 0.8 mm for Outer Frame and 0.58 mm thickness for Sliding Shutter Section, the Outer Frame for Two Tracks with Grill provision size of 90 mm x 50 mm and the Window Shutter section of 58 mm x 36 mm and the outer Frame with two integrated guide tracks of 12mm width and 24mm deep for provision to slide the Shutter / sash frame and facilitates with a water drain outlet component made of PVC and the shutter frame fitted with 5mm thick plain float glass of reputed make and fixed with EPDM weathering seal resistant accessories and handle made of Alumimium 1 No. per each shutter including installation of window system at site using anchor fasteners, Silicon sealant applied at the Outer frame corners inclusive of conveyance of all materials accessories, labour charges, and erection at site with complete finished item of work for Window with Two Sliding Shutters and with Grill

Balance works to existing Waddera Community hall;TBSC-L.III-02: Providing and fixing 30mm thick FACTORY MADE BOTHSIDE PRELAM SOLID PANEL PVC DOOR SHUTTER consisting of frame made out of MS. Tubes of 19gauge thickness and size of 19mmX19mm for stiles, top and bottom rails. MS. Frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. MS. Frame covered with 5mm thick heat molded Prelam Pac ?C? channel of size 30mm thickness, 70mm width out of which 50mm shall be flat and 20mm shall be tapered in 450 angle on either side forming stiles; and 5mm thick, 95mm wide Prelam Pac sheet out of which 75mm shall be flat and 20mm shall be tapered in 450 on the inner side to form top and bottom rail 115mm wide Prelam Pac sheet out of which 75mm shall be flat and 20mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Top, bottom and lock rail shall be provided either side of the panel. 10mm (5mmX2) thick, 20mmwide cross Pac sheet shall be provided as gap insert for top and bottom rail. Paneling of 5mm thick both side Prelam Pac sheet to be fitted in the MS. Frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with 7mm (5mm+2mm) thick X 15mm wide Pac sheet beading on inner side, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive etc. an additional 5mm thick Pac strip of 20mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the ?C? channel using Pac solvent cement adhesive etc. complete as per direction of Engineer ? in- charge, manufacture specification and drawing
