BAL WORK;Supply and installation of high-quality Terracotta Roofing Tiles conforming to IS 654:1992 specifications, ensuring uniform thickness and proper firing for durability and strength. The tiles should be standard dimensions as per IS guidelines, typically ranging from 300 mm x 300 mm to 400 mm x 400 mm, with a thickness of approximately 10 to 15 mm. Each tile will be securely fixed using galvanized or stainless steel fasteners according to IS 13229:1991 for corrosion resistance and long-lasting performance. The roofing framework will exclude the construction of purlins, rafters, and trusses designed to support the weight of the tiles as specified in IS 875 (Part 2):1987, with a recommended roof pitch of 30 to 40 degrees to facilitate effective water drainage. Accessories like ridge tiles, flashing, and drip edges will be provided to comply with IS 1443:1972 for proper waterproofing, and a waterproofing membrane will be applied if necessary as per IS 16088:2012. Proper overlap and alignment will be ensured to achieve a water-tight finish in accordance with IS 3007 (Part 1):1999 standards. Scaffolding and safety measures will be implemented during installation as per IS 3696 (Part 1 and 2):1987 to ensure the safety of workers and materials. The scope includes safe conveyance and handling of all materials to prevent damage during installation, following the guidelines of IS 4082:1996, but excludes the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses, and conveyance of materials.

BAL WORK;BLD-CSTN-12-4-(171): Painting Walls with Snowcem or other equal and approved Water Proof Cement Paint over Priming Coat, 2 Coats (All Colours) to give an even shade after thourughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 912.

(1:3) with dubara sponge finishing including cost & conveyance of all materials like cement, Sand , Water, etc., to site, seigniorage charges, all operational, including charges, labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing , including cutting grooves where ever necessary etc., complete for finished item of work of uneven surfaces of walls. (Internal walls)
