BOQ;Supplying and fixing of 28/30 mm thick WoodPlastic Composite (WPC) Door shutter, comprising of 70% virgin polymer, 15% wood powder (fibre), and the remaining 15% additives, comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension grade), Calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder) and nontoxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum door density of 650 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength 1800N (Face) & 900N (Edge), Modulus of Elasticity 900N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS screws all as per direction of Engineer -in- Charge (SS butt hinges and SS screws shall be paid separately)

BOQ;BLD-CSTN-9-1-(99) : Flooring with Polished Shahabad/Tandur stones slab of all sizes between 15-18 mm thick (Tandur Stone slabs) set over base coat of CM (1:8) over already laid CC bed / RCC Roof Slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 kgs per sqm. & Jointed with neat cement to full depth including cost of all materials like cement, sand, and water and flooring stones and labour charges for dressing of flooring stones etc., complete for finished item of work, including the cost and conveyance of all materials.

BOQ;Painting to new walls with 2 coats of water proof cement paint of apporved brand and shade over a base coat of approved cement primer grade I making making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thourughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 912 for external walls

BOQ;BLD-CSTN-12-1-(168) : Painting to new walls with 2 coats of ready mixed oil bound wahsable distemper of approved brand and shade over a base coat of appropriate primer of approved brand, making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thourughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for internal walls

BOQ;Plastering with CM 2 coats, 12 mm thick, base coat in CM (1:5), 8mm thick and top coat in CM (1:3), 4mm thick with sponze finishing. including cost & conveyance of all materials like cement, Sand,. Water, etc., to site all operational, incidental charges, labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting grooves where ever necessary etc., complete for finished item of work for uneven surface of walls, (As per SS 904)

BOQ;BLD-CSTN-8-4-(79): Plastering with 12mm thick in single coat in CM (1:6) finished smooth including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, finishing, curing, scaffolding and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., including cutting grooves where ever necessary etc., complete for finished item of work. (As per SS 903). per 10 Sqm.
