BOQ;BLD-CSTN-8-2-(77) : Plastering with 12mm thick in single coat in CM (1:4) finished smooth including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, seigniorage charges on all materials, finishing, curing, scaffolding and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., including cutting grooves where ever necessary etc., complete for finished item of work. (As per SS 903). per 10 Sqm.

BOQ;Supply & fixing of 50 mm thick partition with composite panel comprise of two 5mm thick Boards (asbestos-free fibre reinforced cement sheets conforming to IS 14862) strongly bonded with core material which is light weight concrete mix of Portland cement, expanded polystyrene bead aggregates and admixture. s with unique semi-circular Tongue & Groove Joining System provides better stability, rapid installation and better workability. The bottom of the panel shall be fixed to the floor channel made up of 1 mm thick GI channels of size 28x52x31 mm fixed to the existing floor with 6x60mm nylon self expansion screws at 600 mm C/C and top of the panel fixed with ceiling channel made from 0.8 mm thick GI Channel of size 31 x 52 x 31 mm duly fixed to the existing ceiling with 6x60mm nylon self-expansion screws at 600 mm C/C. All the tongue and groove joints of the panels must be properly cleaned, and both the panels must be fixed by applying the jointing compound in all the exposed joints.
