Laying of CC road 2nd ward;BLD-CSTN-2-8 (16) : Filling with Gravel in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS NO. 309 & 310)

Laying of CC road 2nd ward;RBR-CCPV-6: Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement of M 30 Grade over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 350 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and Technical Specification 602 MORTH.

Laying of CC road 2nd ward;Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN / Vibratory Roller 80-100 kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 MORD / MORTH.

Laying of CC road 2nd ward;RBR-EECD-8(c) : Earthwork excavation for road way in soil by Manual means including cutting and pushing the earth to side of embankment upto a lead of 100 metres including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections etc., complete for finished item of work for trench cutting as per MOR&H specification No.301 and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge- (Hydraulic Excavator)

Laying of CC road 2nd ward;Manufacture, Supply and Delivery of Rubber rings to suit R.C.C. Spun / Vibrated Cast (Reinforced) Socket and Spigot pipes conforming to B.I.S 5382/ 1985 (rate per each rubber ring) including transportation but excluding taxes. the Rubber Rings shall be tested at the factory premises conforming to B.I.S. 5382/1985. Laying of CC road 2nd ward;Construction of sewer circular conical manhole as per type design using flyash Bricks of size 225 x 10 x 6 cms having minimum Crushing strength 75 Kgs Per Sqm as per IS:12894-1990 - CLASS - 7.5 using Sulphete resisting cement in CM (1:3) prop; including CC (1:4:8) bed for foundation and of M15 (1:2.5:5) prop. using 20mm HG metal for benching and channels, inside plastering with 20mm thick using Sulphete resisting cement in CM (1:3) prop; and outside plastering with 20mm thick using OPC in CM (1:3) prop; the foundation concrete in CC (1:4:8) prop. using 40mm nominal size hard broken granite stone and supporting incoming pipes with concrete block / masonary wherever necessary including finishing the gap with CM (1:3) prop. on both the sides including excavating pits upto required depth in all types of soils and supply and fixing of 560mm dia manhole frame and cover (HD-20) and PVC encapsulated steps including cost & conveyance of all material, labour and all other incidental and operational charges etc., complete.

Laying of CC road 2nd ward;Lowering the RCC S/S pipes carefully into the trench laying them true to alignment and gradient, jointing RCC pipes with cement joints including curing, the cost of jointing materials i.e., Cement Mortar (1:1.5), hemp yarn etc., and testing including filling with water with a water lead upto 500 metres excluding cost of rubber rings as per BIS No.783/85. 450mm dia

Laying of CC road 2nd ward;RBR-FNDN-1- (i-A) In ordinary soils, by Manual means Earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil for Pipe line trenches as per drawings and technical specifications including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material , dressing of sides and bottom as per Technical Specification 304 MORTH and as directed by the departmental officer including protecting the existing utility services wherever it is possible during the execution and taking all precautionary measures in the restricted areas for laying sewer/water lines including divertion of traffic and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material and disposal of remaining earth upto a lead of 50 m, including all incidental and operational charges etc., complete for Pipe Lines by manual means.
