Construction of CC drains;RBR-CCPV-5- Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 53 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD.-for roads

Construction of CC drains;Supply of high performance expansion joint fillet board conforming to IS 1838 25mm thick Supply of high performance expansion joint filler board conforming to IS: 1838 - 25 mm THICK-for roads

Construction of CC drains;Filling with Gravel in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete for finished item of work.

Construction of CC drains;Earthwork in excavation for as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH( PIPE LINE TRENCHES & DRAINS) Manual Means

Construction of CC drains;Carting of the Exavated earth upto a lead upto 4-5 km beyond the initial lead of 1 Km from site including loadingand unloading as per the engineer in charge.

Construction of CC drains;BLD-CSTN-2-8 (16) : Filling with Stone dust in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS NO. 309 & 310)

Construction of CC drains;PCC 1:4:8 using 40mm Nominal Mix for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations using 20 mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH. for Bed (BLD-CSTN-2-5)

Construction of CC drains;PCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm and 10mm for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations using 20 mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH. for Side walls

Construction of CC drains;Plain Cement concrete M15 (1:2:4) using ,20,10 mm metal with concrete mixture.

Construction of CC drains;Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) steel bars (Fe 415 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lapsplicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, laour charges such as cutting, bending placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.

Construction of CC drains;Vibrated plain / reinforced cement concrete M 20 Grade Design Mix Concrete using 20mm and 10mm size HBG crushed stone aggregate (Coarse aggregate conforming to table 1000-1 and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000-2) including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, seigniorage charges and all labour charges for machine mixing,laying in position, Compacting , Vibrating and curing including all other incidental and all other operational charges of T&P required etc., as per technical specification MoRT&H 1500,1700, 2100 (4th Revision), and 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 MORD complete for finished item of work
