Civil Works;Flooring with vitrified tiles of( Nano polished /stain free soluble salt porcelain vitrified tiles screen printed of size 600 x 600 mm andthickness between 8-10 mm) 1st quality of any colour and finish in all shades and designs, set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8), 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3.kgs per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost of all materials like cement, sand water and tiles etc., complete,, etc., complete for finished item of work including the cost of conveyance of all materials.

Civil Works;Plastering 20mm thick two coats with base coat of 16mm thick in C.M. (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in C.M. (1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost & conveyance of all materials like cement, Sand , Water, etc., to on all materials , all operational, including charges, labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing , including cutting grooves where ever necessary etc., complete for finished item of work of uneven surfaces of walls.
