CC;Construction of RR masonary in C.M (1:6) prop. Using hard granite stone including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water, granite stone etc., including cost of seigniorage charges and all materials, all taxes including labour for cutting stones required size and shape, mixing of cement mortar construction scaffolding charges etc., complete for finished iitem of work.

CC;Flush pointing with CM (1:3) RR masonary, including cost and conveyance of all materials to site cost of seigniorage charges on all materials, all taxes, labour charges on all materials, curing etc., complete for finished item of work.

CC;S&F 50mm Nominal Bore GI pipe Medium Grade properties & weight as per IS 1239 ISI mark with GI fittings including the cost of pipe & its fitting & labour charges etc., complete

CC;PCC Grade M20 - Nominal Mix using 20mm size graded using concrete mixer (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, shuttering curing exculding centering, etc.,complete for finished item of work.

CC;Supply and placing of the M-10 Design Mix Concrete by ready mix, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, for sub base over a prepared subgrade, cement content not to be less than 220Kg/Cum with crushed stone coarse aggregate of 25 mm and 12.5 mm nominal sizes graded as per table 600-1, with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc., to site, all labour charges for mixing, transported to site by transit mixer, pumping and laying concrete and vibrating, curing and finishing etc. complete, including seigniorage charges and cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, as per Technical Specification 601 MORTH etc., complete for finished item of work- For CC Roads.

CC;Supply and placing of the M-30 Design Mix Concrete by ready mix, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, for sub base over a prepared subgrade, cement content not to be less than 350kg/cum with crushed stone coarse aggregate of 25mm and 12.5mm nominal sizes graded as per table 600-1, with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1 aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1 concrete strength not to be less than 10Mpa at 7 days, including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement,sand, coarse aggregate, water etc., to site by transit mixer, pumping and laying concrete and vibrating(VDF flooring) curing and finishing etc., complete including seigniorage charges and cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, as per technical specification 601 MORTH etc., complete for finished item of work for CC Roads.

CC;Mechanical trowelling, finishing with sound edges and corners, including hire and operational charges of machinery, labour, fuel etc, complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

CC;Hiring charges of tractor for transporting Ready mix concrete including fuel and driver, all maintenance charges etc., complete.

CC;Whitewashing two coats with lime of approved quality to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including cost of all materials, labour charges and incidental such as scaffolding, lift charges etc., complete for finished item of work, but excluding conveyance charges of materials

CC;Carting away the exisiing debris to a lead of 15 kms inlcuding cost and conveyance of all materials etc complete as per specification.
