Construction of SWD7;Providing weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe class 15extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 MORD / 2706 & 2200 MORTH.

Construction of SWD7;Supply of high performance expansion joint filler board conforming to IS: 1838 - 25 mm THICK in expansion joints including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, fixing in position.

Construction of SWD7;Providing fencing using Hot dipped Galvanised Iron Chain link mesh 8 gauge - (4.0 mm) of 1.5m high as per IS: 2721-1979: 2"x2" (50 mm x 50 mm) - 8 Gauge with 50 mm Nominal Bore GI pipe of 9 No's of 1.8 m length in 10m stretch with medium grade properties & weight as per IS 1239 ISI mark with GI fittings and MS flats of 25mm x 3mm size 4 No's for each pipe of 100mm length @ 0.59 Kg/m including theincluding the cost of pipe & its fittings,drilling holes of 12mm dia to GI pipes & MS flats, cost of GI bolts, nuts and washers, labour charges for erection of chain link mesh with MS flat and GI pipe etc., complete for finished item of work.

Construction of SWD7;Filling with useful available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial leadin layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS NO. 309 & 310).

Construction of SWD7;Providing barricading arrangement with casurina ballies as per the design duly excavating pits and its removal after the function is over including hire charges fo the barricading materials as per the schedule given by the departmental authorities complete for finished item of work(30%)

Construction of SWD7;Carting of surplus excavated Soil/rock within a lead of 15Km from the site to a distance suitable including loading, unloading charges, cost & conveyance, dumping, labour charges, all leads & lifts and other incidental and operational charges etc., complete.

Construction of SWD7;Laying Sand Bags in the stipulated places including cost of empty cement bag, sand, thread, stiching charges and labour charges for finished item of work.

Construction of SWD7;Dewatering by pumping out water collected by natural drainage including cost of all materials machinary, labour, drinage, lighting, and all other operations etc, complete using 5HP diesel dewatering pump.

Construction of SWD7;Providing, fabricating and placing in position reinforcement TMT Fe 500 steel bars for RCC works including cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, lapping, welding wherever required,tying with 1.25 mm dia soft annealed steel wire, including cost of all materials, machinery, labour etc., complete with initial lead upto 50 and all lifts. (for Base slab/Walls) of culverts.

Construction of SWD7;Providing, fabricating and placing in position reinforcement TMT Fe 500 steel bars for RCC works including cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, lapping, welding wherever required,tying with 1.25 mm dia soft annealed steel wire, including cost of all materials, machinery, labour etc., complete with initial lead upto 50 and all lifts. (for RW Base slab/Walls)

Construction of SWD7;Supply and placing of Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) M 30 by Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) as per IS 4926-2003 and standard mix design as per IS:10262:2009 with minimum cement content as per IS code 456-2000 (cement content is taken as 407Kgs) and with 20mm size graded (20mm-60% & 10mm-40%) machine crushed hard granite/trap/dolerite metal free from dust obtained by machine crushing and blasting and fine aggregate confirming to IS 383-1970 (50% Natural Sand and 50% manufactured sand) including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges,water charges, pumping, including form work, laying concrete, vibrating, curing for 14 days, etc.,complete for finished item of work but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges and seigniorage charges as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH For Walls & Slabs of Box Drain Note: 1. The quatities for cement , coarse aggregrates and fine aggregrates (50% natural sand and 50% manufactured sand) are for estimating purpose only. The exact quantities will be as per mix design. 2. For estimate purpose Cement Content is taken as 407 Kg/Cum. As per mix design, if the cement content is found to be less than 407 Kg/Cum of concrete, the difference in cost shall be deducted.

Construction of SWD7;Supply and placing of Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) M30 by Ready Mix (RMC) Standard Mix Concrete grade as per IS 4926-2003 and with minimum cement content (cement content is taken as 405kgs) as per IS code 456-2000 and standard mix design as per IS:10262:2009 with Ordinary Portland Cement 43/53 grade and with 40mm size graded (40mm-60%,20mm-30% & 10mm-10%) machine crushed hard granite/trap/dolerite metal free from dust obtained by machine crushing and blasting and fine aggregate conforming IS:383-1970 (as per the Mix Design approved by the Engineer - in - Charge of the Department from standard suppliers) including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, water charges, pumping, including form work, laying concrete, vibrating, curing for 14 days, including dewatering & desilting charges etc., complete for finished item of work but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges and seigniorage charges, as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH. for road restoration

Construction of SWD7;Supply and placing of Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) M15 by Ready Mix (RMC) Standard Mix Concrete grade as per IS 4926-2003 and with minimum cement content (Cement Content is taken as 275 Kgs) as per IS code 456-2000 and standard mix design as per IS:10262:2009 with 40mm size graded (40mm-60%, 20mm-30% & 10mm-10%) machine crushed hard granite/trap/dolerite metal free from dust obtained by machine crushing and blasting and fine aggregate confirming to IS 383-1970 50% Natural Sand and 50% manufactured sand (as per mix design approved by the Engineer-in-charge from the Dept., from standard suppliers) including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges,water charges, pumping, including form work, laying concrete, vibrating, curing for 14 days, etc.,complete for finished item of work but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges and seigniorage charges for Foundation Bed as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH. Note: 1. The rate of RMC is worked out with 100% Cement, 50% Natural Sand and 50% manufactured sand. 2.The quatities for cement , coarse aggregrates and fine aggregrates are for estimating purpose only. The exact quantities will be as per mix design. 3. For estimate purpose Cement Content is taken as 275Kg/Cum. As per mix design, if the cement content is found to be less than 275 kgs per cum of concrete, the difference in cost shall be deducted. 4.Manufactured sand (Rock Sand) not more than 50% of total sand content can be used.
