bt;Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100.120 TPH HMP producing an average output of 75 Ton per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading-II as per Table 500-10 of MORTH premixed with bituminous binder 60/70 Grade as per IS 73 @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler cement at 2% by weight of total aggregates including loading of material with FE loader, heating of binder, aggregates and filler in Drum/Batch type Hot Mix Plant, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with a paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled rollers and vibratory rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density including hire and operational charges of all T&P etc. complete for finished item of work as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects but excluding cost of Tack Coat

bt;Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry Bitumen surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 MORD.

bt;Milling the bituminous pavement surface upto a depth of 55 mm using milling machine,to make a uniform surface without disturbing the base,cleaning the milled surface,including cost of all labour charges and hire charges of machineries etc complete.,including stacking the milled material on the sides of road including all lead & lifts as per directions of the engineer-in-charge
