Nala Work;Supply and placing of Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) M30 by Ready Mix (RMC) Standard Mix Concrete grade as per IS 4926-2003 and with minimum cement content (cement content is taken as 405kgs) as per IS code 456-2000 and standard mix design as per IS:10262:2009 with Ordinary Portland Cement 43/53 grade and with 40mm size graded (40mm-40%,20mm-40% & 10mm-20%) machine crushed hard granite/trap/dolerite metal free from dust obtained by machine crushing and blasting and fine aggregate conforming IS:383-1970 (as per the Mix Design approved by the Engineer - in - Charge of the Department from standard suppliers) including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, water charges, pumping, including form work, laying concrete, vibrating, curing for 14 days, including dewatering & desilting charges etc., complete for finished item of work but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges and seigniorage charges, as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH. for road restoration Note: 1) The quantities for cement , coarse aggregrates and fine aggregrates are for estimating purpose only. The exact quantities will be as per mix design. 2) For estimate purpose Cement Content is taken as 405 Kg/Cum. As per mix design, if the cement content is found to be less than 405 kgs per cum of concrete, the difference in cost shall be deducted. 3) Manufactured sand (Rock Sand) not more than 50% of total sand content can be used.

Nala Work;Supply and placing of Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) M15 by Ready Mix (RMC) Standard Mix Concrete grade as per IS 4926-2003 and with minimum cement content (Cement Content is taken as 275 Kgs) as per IS code 456-2000 and standard mix design as per IS:10262:2009 with 40mm size graded (40mm-60%, 20mm-30% & 10mm-10%) machine crushed hard granite/trap/dolerite metal free from dust obtained by machine crushing and blasting and fine aggregate confirming to IS 383-1970 50% Natural Sand and 50% manufactured sand (as per mix design approved by the Engineer-in-charge from the Dept., from standard suppliers) including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges,water charges, pumping, including form work, laying concrete, vibrating, curing for 14 days, etc.,complete for finished item of work but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges and seigniorage charges for Foundation Bed as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH - for approach road/ road restoration. Note: 1. The rate of RMC is worked out with 100% Cement, 50% Natural Sand and 50% manufactured sand. 2.The quantities for cement , coarse aggregrates and fine aggregrates are for estimating purpose only. The exact quantities will be as per mix design. 3. For estimate purpose Cement Content is taken as 275Kg/Cum. As per mix design, if the cement content is found to be less than 275 kgs per cum of concrete, the difference in cost shall be deducted. 4.Manufactured sand (Rock Sand) not more than 50% of total sand content can be used.

Nala Work;Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Nala Work;Construction of Reinforced cement concrete crash barrier at the bridge decks & approaches to bridge structures, constructed with Reinforced Cement Concrete with HYSD reinforcement conforming MoRT&H Specification and as per details given IRC -5 and approved drawing and at locations directed by the Engineer, all as specified.

Nala Work;Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of Prestressed / reinforced cement concrete grade M-20 & above including T&P and scafolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 MORD / MORT Prestressed / reinforced cement concrete grade M-20 & above

Nala Work;Providing fencing using Hot dipped Galvanised Iron Chain link mesh 8 gauge - (4.0 mm) of 1.5m high as per IS: 2721-1979: 2"x2" (50 mm x 50 mm) - 8 Gauge with 50 mm Nominal Bore GI pipe of 9 No's of 1.8 m length in 10m stretch with medium grade properties & weight as per IS 1239 ISI mark with GI fittings and MS flats of 25mm x 3mm size 4 No's for each pipe of 100mm length @ 0.59 Kg/m including theincluding the cost of pipe & its fittings,drilling holes of 12mm dia to GI pipes & MS flats, cost of GI bolts, nuts and washers, labour charges for erection of chain link mesh with MS flat and GI pipe etc., complete for finished item of work.

Nala Work;Providing weep holes in brick masonry/ plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe class 15 extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 MORD / 2706 & 2200 MORTH.

Nala Work;Supply of high performance expansion joint filler board conforming to IS: 1838 - 25 mm THICK in expansion joints including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, fixing in position.

Nala Work;Filling with useful available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial leadin layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete for finished item of work.

Nala Work;Providing barricading arrangement with casurina ballies as per the design duly excavating pits and its removal after the function is over including hire charges fo the barricading materials as per the schedule given by the departmental authorities complete for finished item of work

Nala Work;Carting of surplus excavated Soil/rock within a lead of 20Km from the site to a distance suitable including loading, unloading charges, cost & conveyance, dumping, labour charges, all leads & lifts and other incidental and operational charges etc., complete.
