Restoration of CC Road;Carting of surplus excavated rock/Soil within a lead of 15Km from the site to a distance suitable including loading, unloading charges, cost & conveyance, dumping, labour charges, all leads & lifts and other incidental and operational charges etc., complete. a)Road cutting

Restoration of CC Road;Supply and placing of Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) M30 by Ready Mix (RMC) Standard Mix Concrete grade as per IS 4926-2003 and with minimum cement content (cement content is taken as 405kgs) as per IS code 456-2000 and standard mix design as per IS:10262:2009 with Ordinary Portland Cement 43/53 grade and with 40mm size graded (40mm-60%,20mm-30% & 10mm-10%) machine crushed hard granite/trap/dolerite metal free from dust obtained by machine crushing and blasting and fine aggregate conforming IS:383-1970 (as per the Mix Design approved by the Engineer - in - Charge of the Department from standard suppliers) including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, water charges, pumping, including form work, laying concrete, vibrating, curing for 14 days, including dewatering & desilting charges etc., complete for finished item of work but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges and seigniorage charges, as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH. for road restoration Note: 1) The quatities for cement , coarse aggregrates and fine aggregrates are for estimating purpose only. The exact quantities will be as per mix design. 2) For estimate purpose Cement Content is taken as 422 Kg/Cum. As per mix design, if the cement content is found to be less than 422 kgs per cum of concrete, the difference in cost shall be deducted. 3) Manufactured sand (Rock Sand) not more than 50% of total sand content can be used.

Restoration of CC Road;Supply and placing of Plain Cement Concret (PCC) M15 by Ready Mix (RMC) Standard Mix Concrete grade as per IS 4926-2003 and with minimum cement content (Cement Content is taken as 275 Kgs) as per IS code 456-2000 and standard mix design as per IS:10262:2009 with 40mm size graded (40mm-60%, 20mm-30%& 10mm-10%) machine crushed hard granite/trap/dolerite metal free from dust obtained by machine crushing and blasting and fine aggregate confirming to IS 383-1970 50% Natural Sand and 50% manufactured sand (as per mix design approved by the Engineer-in-charge from the Dept., from standard suppliers) including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges,water charges, pumping, including form work, laying concrete, vibrating, curing for 14 days, excluding dewatering charges and desilting charges etc.,complete for finished item of work but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges and seigniorage charges for Restoration of CC Road as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH. Note: 1. The rate of RMC is worked out with 100% Cement, 50% Natural Sand and 50% manufactured sand. 2.The quantities for cement , coarse aggregrates and fine aggregrates are for estimating purpose only. The exact quantities will be as per mix design. 3. For estimate purpose Cement Content is taken as 275Kg/Cum. As per mix design, if the cement content is found to be less than 275kgs per cum of concrete, the difference in cost shall be deducted. 4.Manufactured sand (Rock Sand) not more than 50% of total sand content can be used.

Restoration of CC Road;Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN / Vibratory Roller 80-100 kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 MORD / MORTH.

Restoration of CC Road;Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soils of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material. by Mechanical means.

Restoration of CC Road;Dismantling of cement concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately, As Per MoRTH Specification No 202.
