Construction of SWD2;Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (using hard broken stone of granite trap dolerite and dolamite free from dust obtained by quarrying wedging, breaking, burning and splitting (quartzite and basalt with aggregate impact of less than 20) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN / Vibratory Roller 80-100 kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 MORD / MORTH.

Construction of SWD2;Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m as per MORTH Clause 301.

Construction of SWD2;Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of stone masonry, including T&P and scafolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 MORD / MORTH (RR Masonry)

Construction of SWD2;Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of Prestressed / reinforced cement concrete grade M-20 & above including T&P and scafolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 MORD / MORT Prestressed / reinforced cement concrete grade M-20 & above

Construction of SWD2;Filling with useful available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial leadin layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T & P etc., omplete for finished item of work. (APSS NO. 309 & 310).

Construction of SWD2;Carting of surplus excavated Soil/rock within a lead of 15Km from the site to a distance suitable including loading, unloading charges, cost & conveyance, dumping, labour charges, all leads & lifts and other incidental and operational charges etc., complete.

Construction of SWD2;Providing barricading arrangement with casurina ballies as per the design duly excavating pits and its removal after the function is over including hire charges fo the barricading materials as per the schedule given by the departmental authorities complete for finished item of work.

Construction of SWD2;Laying Sand Bags in the stipulated places including cost of empty cement bag, sand, thread, stiching charges and labour charges for finished item of work.

Construction of SWD2;Dewatering by pumping out water collected by natural drainage including cost of all materials machinary, labour, drinage, lighting, and all other operations etc, complete.

Construction of SWD2;Supply and Fixing Perforated Square DI Covers of size (0.75x0.75m), Weight 135 kgs etc., complete. 750x750 DI covers at every 15m

Construction of SWD2;Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement Fe-500/500D/550D from steel manufactures within telangana with minimum integrated installed production capacity of 2 lakh MT per annum ( AF Star TMT, MS life TMT, Radha TMT, Sugna TMT) for box drain/ culvert foundation, walls and top slab and for foundation of retaining wall complete as per drawings and technical specifications sections 1600 & 2200 MORTH including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded. (for Box Drains Base slab/Walls/Top Slab)

Construction of SWD2;Supply and placing of Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) M 30 by Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) as per IS 4926-2003 and standard mix design as per IS:10262:2009 with minimum cement content as per IS code 456-2000 (cement content is taken as 407Kgs) and with 20mm size graded (20mm-60% & 10mm-40%) machine crushed hard granite/trap/dolerite metal free from dust obtained by machine crushing and blasting and fine aggregate confirming to IS 383-1970 (50% Natural Sand and 50% manufactured sand) including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges,water charges, pumping, including form work, laying concrete, vibrating, curing for 14 days, etc.,complete for finished item of work but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges and seigniorage charges as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH For Walls and Slab of Box drain. Note: 1. The quatities for cement , coarse aggregrates and fine aggregrates (50% natural sand and 50% manufactured sand) are for estimating purpose only. The exact quantities will be as per mix design. 2. For estimate purpose Cement Content is taken as 407 Kg/Cum. As per mix design, if the cement content is found to be less than 407 Kg/Cum of concrete, the difference in cost shall be deducted. For Walls and Slabs over drains

Construction of SWD2;Supply and placing of Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) M15 by Ready Mix (RMC) Standard Mix Concrete grade as per IS 4926-2003 and with minimum cement content (Cement Content is taken as 275 Kgs) as per IS code 456-2000 and standard mix design as per IS:10262:2009 with 40mm size graded (40mm-60%, 20mm-30% & 10mm-10%) machine crushed hard granite/trap/dolerite metal free from dust obtained by machine crushing and blasting and fine aggregate confirming to IS 383-1970 50% Natural Sand and 50% manufactured sand (as per mix design approved by the Engineer-in-charge from the Dept., from standard suppliers) including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges,water charges, pumping, including form work, laying concrete, vibrating, curing for 14 days, etc.,complete for finished item of work but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges and seigniorage charges for Foundation Bed as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH. Note: 1. The rate of RMC is worked out with 100% Cement, 50% Natural Sand and 50% manufactured sand. 2.The quatities for cement , coarse aggregrates and fine aggregrates are for estimating purpose only. The exact quantities will be as per mix design. 3. For estimate purpose Cement Content is taken as 275Kg/Cum. As per mix design, if the cement content is found to be less than 275 kgs per cum of concrete, the difference in cost shall be deducted. 4.Manufactured sand (Rock Sand) not more than 50% of total sand content can be used.

Construction of SWD2;IRR-CAW-5-1A: Providing & constructing Stone dust filling below foundation including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, watering, ramming etc., complete with initial lead upto 50 m and all lifts.

Construction of SWD2;MoRTH - 202: Dismantling of cement concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately, As Per MoRTH Specification No 202
