Repairs work;Supply and Placing of the PCC M- 10 Nominal mix (1:3:6) mixed in a Concrete Mixer as per approved mix design, for sub base over a prepared subgrade , cement content not be less than 220kg/Cum (with OPC 43/53 grade cement) with crushed stone coarse aggregates of 25 mm and 12.5 mm nominal sizes graded as per table 600 -1, with Coarse and fine aggregate confirming to IS: 383, the size of Coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm , aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate graditation after bleding to be as per table 600-1, including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, Coarse aggregate, water, centering etc.,to site, all labour charges for mixing , transported to site and laying concrete, centering and vibrating, curing and finishing etc. complete, but excluding seigniorage charges and cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, as per Technical Specification 601 MORTH etc., complete for finished item of work (Pre-Casted Open Drains) (50% Sand and 50% M Sand)

Repairs work;BLD-CSTN-10-25-(148) : Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC roof slab surface with CM(1:3), 20mm thick with 1kg of water proof compound per bag of cement laid over roof when it is green including cost of all materials, seigniorage charges, excluding conveyance charges of materials and including all operational, incidental and Labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing, rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc,, complete for finished item of work - (50% Sand and 50% M Sand)
