Restoration of CC Roads;Providing laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to WMM specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer(Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well perpared sub- baseand compactiong with smooth wheel roller of 80-100KN/ vibratory roller 80-100KN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting barricading and maintenance of diverion etc as per table 400.11 400.12 and technical specification clause 406 MORD/ MORTH

Restoration of CC Roads;Supply and placing of Ready Mix Concrete M 10 as per IS-4926:2003 of following grades with minimum cement content as per IS-456:2000 and Standard mix design as per IS-10262:1982, with coarse aggregate of nominal size 20mm and fine aggregate of Zone II as per the mix design approved by the Department from Standard suppliers including cost and conveyance, vertical pumping and Horizontal pumping on all materials, etc., works for basic cost including leveling, grading, spreading, curing for 14 days, centring, vibrating, compacting, finishing etc., as required including, material taxes, pumping, transportation, approved admixture etc., complete.(RMC-M10) Note: 1.Manufactured Sand (Rock sand) and natural river sand in the ratio of 50:50 shall be used.2. The quantities for cement, coarse aggregates and fine aggregates are for estimating purpose only. The exact quantities will be as per mix design.

Restoration of CC Roads;Supply and placing of impermeable plastic sheet 125 micron thickness over cement concrete mix as a separation membrane including cost and conveyance of all materials etc., for finished item of work.

Restoration of CC Roads;Providing of Mechanical trowelling(Dish vibrator), finishing with sound edges and corners, including hire and operational charges of machinery, labour, fuel etc complete for finished item of work.

Restoration of CC Roads;Saw cut joints for freshly laid concrete pavement including all materials and labour charges

Restoration of CC Roads;Supply of 25mm thick high performance premoulded expansion joint filler board (SILFLEX CAPCELL HD-100 or equivalent make), placing the same 25 mm below top of pavement slab, sealing with bituminous hot sealing compound (Grade 'A' ISI)/polysulphide at 50 m interval in CC pavement including cost and conveyance of all materials for expansion joints conforming to MORTH specification No. 602 -

Restoration of CC Roads;Supply of bituminous hot sealing compound (Grade A ISI)/ polysulphide and sealing the joint including cost and conveyance of all material etc for contraction joints at 4.5m interval/ for longitudinal/ transverse joints as per MORTH specification No. 60- 1Rmt

Restoration of CC Roads;Manufacture as per BIS:12592 (Part 1&2) Supply & Delivery of manhole covers and frames with ISI marking anywhere in A.P., F.O.R. destination including, loading, un-loading & stacking at site but excluding central excise duty, sales tax, octroi and other Govt levies etc.,as applicable. I.S.I Mark H.D.-20 with 500mm dia clear opening

Restoration of CC Roads;Raising manhole 0.10 mt depth Constructon over 0.90 circular sewer man hole of 0.90 mts depth with Cement concrete M20 grade nominal mix including removing and fixing FC/ CI cover and frame but excluding the cost of cover and frame . including the cost and conveyance of all materials at site complete and curing for 21 days complete all taxes as per specification etc complete. and excluding Seigniorage charges
