Installation of Open Gym at Ramky in div no.27.;Providing, designing and fixing of exercising bar in a pair of size 1800 x 550 x 1700 mm fabricated with main post of C Class GI Pipe and minimum 114mmdia and other pipes of 32mm dia and joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint to be applied at all welding points prior to finishing. Handle bars are to be provided with high quality grip rubber at top end. Base plate cover to be made up from virgin LLDPE manufactured by rotational moulding with minimum thickness of plastic as 4.00mm, colorful and UV resistant and environmental friendly. All open ends of pipe to be closed by GI/ LLDPE caps for user safety. (The equipment to be fixed on ground with concrete of minimum strength M25 and J shape welded bolts made of 18mm galvanized rod and once the concrete is set, fix the equipment on to it and cover with the base plate. All complete as per direction and approval of Engineer-in-charge regarding material, shape of equipment, colour on metal, seat and base pedal and fixing of equipments etc.

The equipment shall be fitted with inbuilt limiters.
