Laying of CC Road;Saw cut joints for freshly laid concrete pavement includig cost and conveyance of all materials.

Laying of CC Road;Supply of 25mm thick high performance premoulded expansion joint filler board (SILFLEX CAPCELL HD-100 or equivalent make), placing the same 25 mm below top of pavement slab, sealing with bituminous hot sealing compound (Grade 'A' ISI)/polysulphide at 50 m interval in CC pavement including cost and conveyance of all materials for expansion joints conforming to MORTH specification No. 602 - 1 Rmt of joint length for 100 mm thick slab B287

Laying of CC Road;Supply and placing of Ready Mix Concrete M 30 as per IS-4926:2003 of following grades with minimum cement content as per IS-456:2000 and Standard mix design as per IS-10262:1982, with coarse aggregate of nominal size 20mm and fine aggregate of Zone II as per the mix design approved by the Department from Standard suppliers including cost and conveyance, vertical pumping and Horizontal pumping on all materials, etc., works for basic cost including leveling, grading, spreading, curing for 14 days, centring, vibrating, compacting, finishing etc., as required including, material taxes, pumping, transportation, approved admixture, centring charges etc., complete.(RMC-M30) Note: 1.Manufactured Sand (Rock sand) and natural river sand in the ratio of 50:50 shall be used.2. The quantities for cement, coarse aggregates and fine aggregates are for estimating purpose only. The exact quantities will be as per mix design.

Laying of CC Road;Spreading with Wet Mix Macadam finer than 3mm with not more than 10% passing 0.075 sieve, including supply and delivery of crusher stone dust finer than 3mm for filling, including cost of crusher stone dust, Seigniorage charges and conveyance to site, filling charges, watering, tamping and ramming and all labour charges and operational charges complete as directed by the Departmental officers.

Laying of CC Road;Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with all lifts and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 MORD / 301 MORTH

Laying of CC Road;Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 MORD / MORTH by Air compressor 210 / 250 cfm with two leads for pneumatic cutters / hammers @ 1 cum per hour (diesel 7cmm)
