Civil Works;Plastic Emulsion paints - Two Coats for Old Wood Work & New Iron Work : including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, etc., complete as per SS No.1212 per 10 Sqm for New iron work, complete for finished item of work at all heights. Out side.

Civil Works;Flooring with chequrred terrazzo tiles of 22 mm thick (medium shade) set over base coat of cement mortar (1:6) 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including near cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3.kgs per sqm & jointed with neat cement to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade including cost of all materials like cement, sand water and tiles etc., complete, including seigniorage charges, complete for finished item of work, but excluding the cost of conveyance of all materials.

Civil Works;Providing and placing of Ready Mix Concrete of Grade M-10 with minimum cement content as per IS-456:2000 and Standard mix design as per IS-10262:1982, with coarse aggregate of nominal size 20mm and fine aggregate of Zone II as per the mix design approved by the Department from Standard suppliers including cost and conveyance, vertical pumping and Horizontal pumping on all materials, etc., works for basic cost including leveling, grading, spreading, curing for 14 days, centring, vibrating, compacting, finishing etc., as required including, material taxes, pumping, transportation, approved admixture etc., complete.Note: 1. The rate of RMC is worked out with manufactured sand (rock sand) and natural river sand in the ratio of 50:50.2. The quantities for cement, coarse aggregates and fine aggregates are for estimating purpose only. The exact quantities will be as per mix design.
