Upgradation of green space;Supply and Fixing of Merry Go Round - VFM: The Merry go round consists of a round platform which is made of galvanized steel and has a thickness of 2.5 mm. It is also power coated with the thickness of 2.5 mm. It is of Dia 1210 mm. It has 3 inverted ?L? shaped handrails which is made of Galvanized steel and of dimensions as 434 mmx 800 mm. It has thickness of Dia 32 mm. The 3 handrails are separated exactly and 1200each. All the 3 handrails are connected to the Centre with the help of a rod which is also made of Galvanized steel and of Dia 48 mm and height 835 mm. Bolts, nuts, screws, washers and etc. used for assembly shall be stainless steel 304 of tamper resistant stainless steel. Exposed hardware shall be covered with safety caps as per EN1176 standards. Joints are robotic welded. ALL COMPONENTS MEET WITH EN-1176 SAFETY STANDARDS. The flooring should be certified by International Tennis Federation (ITF) and should have application as first layer of primer (% 100 acrylic latex based emulsion to improve bond of acrylic court system to the asphalt surface having consumption ratio of 0.014kg/sqft), second layer of acrylic Resurfacer (Filling and smoothing asphalt or concrete surfaces in preparation for Acryflex T tennis court system. And also fills the surface chips, voids and conceals repairs while providing a smooth surface for color coating.
