Development works in South Zone, GHMC;Supply and placing of Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) M30 by Ready Mix (RMC) Standard Mix Concrete grade as per IS 4926-2003 and and standard mix design as per IS:10262:2009 with minimum cement content (cement content is taken as 405 kgs)for road work using crushed stone coarse aggregate of 25 mm and 12.5 mm nominal sizes graded as per table 600-1 @ 0.90 cum/cum of concrete conforming to clause 602.2.4, mechanically mixed using batching plant, transit mixer & concrete pump, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, water charges, pumping, form work, laying concrete, curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH for complete finished item of work. (Excluding dewatering charges and seigniorage charges) for CC road Note: 1) The rate of RMC is worked out with 100% Cement, 50% Natural Sand and 50% manufactured sand. 2) The quatities for cement , coarse aggregrates and fine aggregrates are for estimating purpose only. The exact quantities will be as per mix design. 3) For estimate purpose Cement Content is taken as 405 Kg/Cum. As per mix design, if the cement content is found to be less than 405 Kg/cum of concrete, the difference in cost shall be deducted. 4) Fine aggregate conforming to Grading Zone IV shall not be used

Development works in South Zone, GHMC;Supply and fixing high performance expansion joint filler board conforming to IS: 1838 - 25 mm THICK including cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges, fixing in position with all incidental charges etc.,complete for finished item of work.

Development works in South Zone, GHMC;Supply and placing of Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) M15 by RMC and with minimum cement content (cement content is taken as 275kgs) as per IS code 456-2000 and standard mix design as per IS:10262:2009 with Ordinary Portland Cement 43/53 grade and with 20mm size graded (20mm-60% & 10mm-40%) machine crushed hard granite/trap/dolerite metal free from dust obtained by machine crushing and blasting and fine aggregate conforming IS:383-1970 (as per the Mix Design approved by the Engineer - in - Charge Department from standard suppliers) including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, water charges, pumping, including form work, laying concrete, vibrating, curing for 14 days etc., complete for finished item of work but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges and seigniorage charges for foundation bed, as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH for complete finished item of work. Note: 1) The quatities for cement , coarse aggregrates and fine aggregrates are for estimating purpose only. The exact quantities will be as per mix design. 2) For estimate purpose Cement Content is taken as 275Kg/Cum. Development works in South Zone, GHMC;Supply and placing of Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) M30 by RMC and with minimum cement content (cement content is taken as 407kgs) as per IS code 456-2000 and standard mix design as per IS:10262:2009 with Ordinary Portland Cement 43/53 grade and with 20mm size graded (20mm-60% & 10mm-40%) machine crushed hard granite/trap/dolerite metal free from dust obtained by machine crushing and blasting and fine aggregate conforming IS:383-1970 (as per the Mix Design approved by the Engineer - in - Charge of the Department from standard suppliers) including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, water charges, pumping, including form work, laying concrete, vibrating, curing for 14 days etc., complete for finished item of work but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges and seigniorage charges for foundation raft / footing of retaining wall, as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH for complete finished item of work. Note: 1) The quatities for cement , coarse aggregrates and fine aggregrates are for estimating purpose only. The exact quantities will be as per mix design. 2) For estimate purpose Cement Content is taken as 407Kg/Cum. Development works in South Zone, GHMC;Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement Fe-500/500D/550D procured from primary producers from TATA, SAIL, VSP, JSW & Shyam Steel etc., in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clauses 1000 and 1202 MORD & 1100, 1600 MORTH for Bars below 36 mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded for complete finished item of work.

Development works in South Zone, GHMC;Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement Fe-500/500D/550D procured from primary producers from TATA, SAIL, VSP, JSW & Shyam Steel etc, in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 1002, 1005, 1010 & 1202 MORD / Sections 1600 & 2200 MORTH for Bars below 36 mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded for complete finished item of work.

Development works in South Zone, GHMC;Carting the excavated earth to a lead of 20 km from the site including cost and conveyance of all labour charges for loading and unloading complete as per standard specification for finished item of work.

Development works in South Zone, GHMC;Drilling holes in hard rock surfaces above 18mm Diameter- excluding cost of steel and its fabrication for complete finished item of work.

Development works in South Zone, GHMC;Grouting the drilled holes with neat cement slurry or with approved grout admixture excluding cost of drilling holes, cost of steel for complete finished of work.
