Beautification Works;Plain Cement concrete Grade M20 - Nominal Mix using 40mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, but excluding centering, shuttering.

Beautification Works;Plastering 20mm thick in two coats with base coat of 16mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:4) dubara sponge finish including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing mortar,scaffolding charges, lift charges, finishing,including cutting of Grooves wherever necessary as directed by Engineer - in - charge, curing, etc., complete but excluding seigniorage charges for Uneven Surfaces of Brick Wall for finished item of work. (APSS 901,903 & 904)

Beautification Works;Brick masonary in CM (1:6) with 2nd class bricks traditional size 23x11x7 cm including c/c of all material and water to work at site and all operational incidental, labour charges such as scaffolding, mixing mortar lift charges curing etc complete for finished item of work.

Beautification Works;Flush pointing with CM (1:3) to RR Masonary, including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, on all materials, labour charges on all materials, curing etc. complete for finished item of work.

Beautification Works;Construction of RR Masonary in C.M (1:6) prop. Beautification Works;Supply and placing of the M-30 Design Mix Concrete by ready mix, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, for sub base over a prepared subgrade, cement content not to be less than 350 Kg/Cum with crushed stone coarse aggregate of 25 mm and 12.5 mm nominal sizes graded as per table 600-1, with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water, centering etc., to site, all labour charges for mixing, transported to site by transit mixer,pumping and laying concrete, centering and vibrating, curing and finishing etc. complete, for finished item of work, as per Technical Specification 601 MORTH etc., complete for finished item of work- For CC Roads.
