Development of Park;Flooring with designer tiles of any premium colour design and of 25 mm thickness set over base coat of cement mortar (1:6) prop 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.30 Kgs per Sqm & jointing with neat cement to full depth mixed with pigment of making shade including all charges complete.

Development of Park;Supply and placing of the M-10 Design Mix Concrete by ready mix, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, for sub base over a prepared subgrade, cement content not to be less than 220Kg/Cum with crushed stone coarse aggregate of 25 mm and 12.5 mm nominal sizes graded as per table 600-1, with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water, centering etc., to site, all labour charges for mixing, transported to site by transit mixer,pumping and laying concrete, centering and vibrating, curing and finishing etc. complete, including seigniorage charges and cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, as per Technical Specification 601 MORTH etc., complete for finished item of work- For CC Roads.

Development of Park;Fixing of Pre-cast CC kerbing blocks true to its alignment as specified by the Dept.to form divider including pointing with cement morter (1:3) prop. cost and conveyance of all materials like cement sand water etc., to site, seigniorage charges, curing all taxes and labour charges for mixing complete for finished item of work.

Development of Park;Supply of Pre-cast CC blocks for kerbing made with rubberized moulds of M30 grade Design mix with 350 kgs Cement / Cum. Of concrete, 20mm to 6mm nominal size (SS 5) Hard Granite machine Crushed metal @ 0.80 Cum/cum. Of concrete and sand @ 0.40 Cum/cum. of concrete for RCC works including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement Sand Coarse Aggregate Water etc., to site, Seigniorage Charges, all taxes and labour charges for mixing, laying Concrete, tamping, vibrating, lifting, curing finishing top surface including hire charges of machinery and vibrator complete for finished item of work. and transportation of precast blocks from casting site to work site of each 0.60m length (CC block as per design & specification etc., complete excluding GST.

Development of Park;Painting with Synthetic Enamel paints - Two Coats including cost and conveyance and labour charges etc., complete as per standred specification.

Development of Park;Painting to new walls with 2 coats of ready mixed oil bound wahsable distemper of approved brand and shade over a base coat of appropriate primer of approved brand, making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thourughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for internal walls

Development of Park;Supply, Fabrication and fixing of all structural steel works like heavy steel works like Trusses, Stanchions, Heavy Beams and Girders made of Mild Steel, Structural Steel i.e., Angles, Channels, I-Sections 9As per IS 2062-E 250 BR) including cost and conveyance of all materials and fixing in position fabrication charges etc., complete as per specification

Development of Park;Filling with good Gravel soil, including supply and delivery of good gravel for filling, including cost of gravel, seinourage charges and conveyance to site, filling charges, watering, tamping and rammming and all labour charges and operational charges complete as directed by the Departmental officers.

Development of Park;Raised Pointing to CRS /RR Masonary in Cement Mortor 1:3 prop , Including cost & Conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges on all materials, curing etc., complete for finished item of work (As per S.S. 906) per 10 Sqm.

Development of Park;Construction of RR Masonary in C.M (1:6) prop. Using hard granite stone including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water, Granite stone etc, including labour for cutting stones to required size and shape, mixing of cement mortar construction, Scaffolding charges etc. complete for finished item of work.

Development of Park;PCC Grade M20 - Nominal Mix using 20mm size graded using concrete mixer (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, shuttering curing exculding centering, etc.,complete for finished item of work..

Development of Park;Earth work excavation for foundations and depositing on bank for all lifts with an initial lead of 10m including all operational ,incidental, labour charges such as shoring, sheeting ,planking ,strutting etc complete for finished item. excluding dewatering charges etc. as per SS-20B (APSS 308)

Development of Park;Demolition including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 100 meters lead Brick Work
