CC road;Constructing 904.0 mm (3?0?) dia solid block masonry inspection chamber as per IS - 4111: Part-1:1986 with cement mortar (1:6) prop using fly-ash blocks of 225 mm thick from approved source having a minimum crushing strength of 10 N/sq.mm including plastering with cement mortar 1:3prop;½?thickbothinsid eand outside fitted with 20? dia RCC manhole covers and frames including excavating pits up to a depth of 904 mm (3'-0") in all sorts of soils (excluding rock) and laying cement concrete (1:4:8) 150 mm thick using 40 mm HBG Metal and P.C.C. 1:2:4 benching and channel 100 mm thick as per Standard specification and including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, cost of seigniorage charges on all materials and all incidental and operational, labour charges like mixing cement mortar, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing etc., complete for finished item of work as per Standard specification.

CC road;Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild steel (MS) steel bars (Fe 415/ Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.( APSS No.126)

CC road;Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN / Vibratory Roller 80-100 kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 MORD / MORTH. with roller

CC road;Supply and placing of the M-10 Design Mix Concrete by ready mix, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, for sub base over a prepared subgrade, cement content not to be less than 220Kg/Cum with crushed stone coarse aggregate of 25 mm and 12.5 mm nominal sizes graded as per table 600-1, with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water, centering etc., to site, all labour charges for mixing, transported to site by transit mixer, pumping and laying concrete, centering and vibrating, curing and finishing etc. complete, for finished item of work, as per Technical Specification 601 MORTH etc., complete for finished item of work

CC road;Supply and placing of impermeable plastic sheet 125 micron thickness over cement concrete mix as a seperation membrane including cost and conveyance of all material and labour charge charges etc., complete.

CC road;Supplying of dish floating with power floater, mechanical trawelling, finishing with sound edges and corners, including hire and operational charges of machinery, labour, fuel etc. complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work.

CC road;Curing compound, including Spraying at 0.25ltr/Sqm (item-15, P-20SSR 2024-25)

CC road;Groove cutting of 2-4mm for 1/3rd depth of concrete slab using concrete groove cutting machine with diamond studded saw within 24 hours of casting of CC pavement (100mm to 200mm thick)

CC road;Carting the surplus materials like earth / CC materials / BT materials with a lead of 15 km including loading, unload and conveyance charges etc. complete as per spcification.
