GRAVEYARD;Providing and fixing 2 Track 2 glass shutter sliding Windows fabricated from roll formed sections made of Galvanized Steel Colour Coated/ Powder Coated (Base Steel as per IS 513 ?D? quality, Galvanized as per IS 277 with Zinc of 120 GM/Sq.mtr) with total coated thickness of 0.58 mm. Primer coat with epoxy primer of 5?7 micron thick, finish painted with polyester paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with alkyd backer of 5-7 microns or Powder Coated with pure Polyester Powder up to 50-60 microns thick. Section for external frame should be of 44 x 59mm, Section for glass shutter should be of 35 x 49 mm Section for euro groove should be 25 x 24mm( Aluminium/Plastic)and Lap Strip should be of 30 x 41mm(Aluminium/Plastic).shutter should be provided with a glass of 5mm Plain Float Glass. Corner bracket for External frame made of Steel/Polypropylene, Corner Bracket for Internal frame made of Steel/Polypropylene, Touch Lock, Rollers, wool pile for lap strip & euro groove, Bump Stop Base & Rubber for shutter stopper. Ethyl Propylene Diamine Monomer (EPDM) Gasket should be used all around glass in shutter. The Frame Section should be cut to length and mitre joined with Corner brackets & Shutter Sections should be cut to length and mitre joined with Corner Bracket. Window Frame should be fixed to brick/ concrete masonry by using Nylon self-expanding caps and driving MS electroplated 80mm long screws into the caps through frames.10mm square guard bars with 6? pitch (152.4mm) max to be fixed wall to wall and all taxes complete for finished item of work (TBSC-M.II-01)

GRAVEYARD;Providing and fixing factory-made solid Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) single extruded Door Frame section of 100*65 MM with encapsulation of 6 MM rigid layer on all external surfaces. The door frame will have a rebate of 32MM/ 37 MM. The two Vertical members are to be joined together with the horizontal member using 8x75 MM long MS Star full thread screws to be used with reverse forward speed control hand drilling machine. The ready/assembled door frame is fixed to wall using Z Hand fast 300 MM long hold fast. (TBSC-L.I-17)
