Other;House service Water supply pipe connections including cost and conveyance of all materials etc complete

Other;Carting of excavated earth with Manually, transportation to an average lead of about 14 KMts, from the circle-28 jurisdition, including the tranport vehicles, cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges but including contractor profit and over head charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the GHMC officers.

Other;Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD (Fe 500) bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clauses 1000 and 1202 MORD & 1100, 1600 MORTH for Bars below 36 mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded.

Other;Centring and scaffolding charges for RCC members including all materials and labour charges for forming and dismantling for RCC vertical walls of plane surface including both sides of wall per Sqm of member area

Other;Supply and placing of RCC M 20 as per IS-4926:2003 of following grades with minimum cement content as per IS-456:2000 and Standard mix design as per IS-10262:1982, with coarse aggregate of nominal size 20mm and fine aggregate of Zone II as per the mix design approved by the Department from Standard suppliers including cost and conveyance, vertical pumping and Horizontal pumping on all materials, etc., works for basic cost including leveling, grading, spreading, dewatering , curing for 14 days, centring, vibrating, compacting, finishing etc., as required including, material taxes, pumping, transportation, approved admixture etc., complete. Note: 1.Manufactured Sand (Rock sand) and natural river sand in the ratio of 50:50 shall be used. 2. The quantities for cement, coarse aggregates and fine aggregates are for estimating purpose only. The exact quantities will be as per mix design

Other;Earth work excavation and depositing on bank (manual means) with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 3m in Loamy & Clayey Soils like BC Soils, Red Earth & Ordinary Gravelly Soils ( SS 20-B) including all operational incidental labour charges such as shoring, strutting, sheeting, planking and dewatering including cost of hire charges of T & P, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work excluding seigniorage charges and dewatering charges etc., complete for Foundation of Building.(APSS No. 308)

Other;Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 MORD / MORTH, Reinforced Cement Concrete and prestressed Concrete

Other;Removal of wet silt and sludge from sullage drains, with aid of baskets and vessels, etc with initial lift of 3 m and lead of 50 m.
