Laying of CC Roads;Supply of 25mm thick high performance premoulded expansion joint filler board (SILFLEX CAPCELL HD-100 or equivalent make), placing the same 25 mm below top of pavement slab, sealing with bituminous hot sealing compound (Grade 'A' ISI)/polysulphide at 50 m interval in CC pavement including cost and conveyance of all materials for expansion joints conforming to MORTH specification No. 602 - 1 Rmt of joint length for 100 mm thick slab

Laying of CC Roads;Supply and placing of impermeable plastic sheet 125 micron thickness over cement concrete mix as a separation membrane including cost and conveyance of all materials etc., for finished item of work.

Laying of CC Roads;Supply and placing of Ready Mix Concrete M 30 as per IS-4926:2003 of following grades with minimum cement content as per IS-456:2000 and Standard mix design as per IS-10262:1982, with coarse aggregate of nominal size 20mm and fine aggregate of Zone II as per the mix design approved by the Department from Standard suppliers including cost and conveyance, vertical pumping and Horizontal pumping on all materials, etc., works for basic cost including leveling, grading, spreading, curing for 14 days, centring, vibrating, compacting, finishing etc., as required including, material taxes, pumping, transportation, approved admixture etc., complete.(RMC-M30) Note: 1.Manufactured Sand (Rock sand) and natural river sand in the ratio of 50:50 shall be used.2. The quantities for cement, coarse aggregates and fine aggregates are for estimating purpose only. The exact quantities will be as per mix design.

Laying of CC Roads;Providing laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (pug mill) carriage of mixed material by tripper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub- base/base course on a well prepared sub- base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100 kn/ vibratory Roller 80-100 KN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting,barricading and maintenance of diversion etc as per Tables 400.11 @ 400.12 and Techinical specification clause 406 MORD/MORTH.

Laying of CC Roads;Carting of excavated surplus earth to an intial lead of 10.00 km from site of work including loading, unloading and conveyence charges etc. complete
