Laying of CC road;Supply of 25mm thick high performance premoulded expansion joint filler board (SILFLEX CAPCELL HD-100 or equivalent make), placing the same 25 mm below top of pavement slab,at 50 m interval in CC pavement including cost and conveyance of all materials for expansion joints conforming to MORTH specification No. 602 - 1 Rmt of joint length for 150 mm thick slab

Laying of CC road;Supply and placing of Ready Mix Concrete M 30 as per IS-4926:2003 of following grades with minimum cement content as per IS-456:2000 and Standard mix design as per IS-10262:1982, with coarse aggregate of nominal size 20mm and fine aggregate of Zone II as per the mix design approved by the Department from Standard suppliers including cost and conveyance, vertical pumping and Horizontal pumping on all materials, etc., works for basic cost including leveling, grading, spreading, curing for 14 days, centering, vibrating, compacting, finishing etc., as required including, material taxes, pumping, transportation, approved admixture etc., complete. Note: 1.Manufactured Sand (Rock sand) and natural river sand in the ratio of 50:50 shall be used.2. The quantities for cement, coarse aggregates and fine aggregates are for estimating purpose only.
