Civil Works;Plastic Emulsion paints - Two Coats for Old Wood Work & New Iron Work : including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, etc., complete as per SS No.1212 per 10 Sqm for New iron work, complete for finished item of work at all heights. Out side.

Civil Works;Supplying & Fixing of MS Gate/Grill/Trussesof 8mm horizontal & vertical square bars fro ventilator and windowsas per drawing including fabrication charges, all cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc.,

Civil Works;Providing and placing of Ready Mix Concrete of Grade M-30 with minimum cement content as per IS-456:2000 and Standard mix design as per IS-10262:1982, with coarse aggregate of nominal size 20mm and fine aggregate of Zone II as per the mix design approved by the Department from Standard suppliers including cost and conveyance, vertical pumping and Horizontal pumping on all materials, etc., works for basic cost including leveling, grading, spreading, curing for 14 days, centring, vibrating, compacting, finishing etc., as required including, material taxes, pumping, transportation, approved admixture etc., complete.Note: 1. The rate of RMC is worked out with manufactured sand (rock sand) and natural river sand in the ratio of 50:50.2. The quantities for cement, coarse aggregates and fine aggregates are for estimating purpose only. The exact quantities will be as per mix design.

Civil Works;Flooring with chequrred terrazzo tiles of 22 mm thick(medium shade) set over base coat of cement mortar (1:6)12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab,including near cement slurry of honey like consistencyspread @ 3.3.kgs per sqm & jointed with neat cement tofull depth mixed withpigment of matching shade includingcost of all materials like cement, sand water and tiles etc.,complete, including seigniorage charges, complete forfinished item of work, but excluding the cost of conveyanceof all materials.

Civil Works;Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 MORD / MORTH.

Civil Works;Carting of excavated earth with Manually, loading, transportation, unlaoding to an average lead of about 15 KMts, from the circle jurisdition, including the tranport vehicles, cost and conveyanceof all materials and all labour charges but excluding contractor profit and over head charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the GHMC officers.

Civil Works;Laying and Fixing of Pre Casted Concrete Blocks for paying of M30 Grade includingcost and conveyance ofall incidental, operational, labour charges such as placing in position, tying including other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work.
