Development of GHMC Park;Supply and placing of the M-10 Design Mix Concrete by ready mix, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, for sub base over a prepared subgrade, cement content not to be less than 220Kg/Cum with crushed stone coarse aggregate of 25 mm and 12.5 mm nominal sizes graded as per table 600-1, with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc., to site, all labour charges for mixing, transported to site by transit mixer, pumping and laying concrete and vibrating, curing and finishing etc. complete, including seigniorage charges and cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, as per Technical Specification 601 MORTH etc., complete for finished item of work- For CC Roads.

Development of GHMC Park;Supply and Fixing of MS structure for Gazebo using Length of 3.00m size of 50mmx50mm Vertical pipe, 25mmx25mm frame, 25mmx25mm Cross angles and 3mm MS Sheet including all Materials and all Labour Charges etc, Complete.

Development of GHMC Park;Painting with terracoat paint including cost and conveyances of all materials , labor charges etc., complete as per specificaion

Of concrete and sand @ 0.40 Cum/cum. of concrete for RCC works including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement Sand Coarse Aggregate Water etc., to site, Seigniorage Charges, all taxes and labour charges for mixing, laying Concrete, tamping, vibrating, lifting, curing finishing top surface including hire charges of machinery and vibrator complete for finished item of work. and transportation of precast blocks from casting site to work site of each 0.60m length (CC block as per design & specification etc., complete excluding GST.

Development of GHMC Park;PCC Grade M20 - Nominal Mix using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges, including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, centering, shuttering curing etc.,complete for finished item of work.

Development of GHMC Park;Earth work excavatation and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10mt and lift of 2.0mt along the road as directed by engineer in charge with all leads & lifts in all soils like B.C soils, red earth and ordinary gravwl etc., complete as per specificatons.
