Laying of CC Road;Raising of manhole 0.10 mt depth Constructon over 0.56 m dia opening circular sewer man hole with cement bricks in cm 1:3 prop including internal plastreng 20 mm thick cm 1:3 and external plasterng 12 mm thick cm 1:3 with fine rendering including cost and fixing FC/ CI cover and frame but excluding the cost of cover and frame . including the cost and conveyance of all materials at site complete and curing for 21 days complete all taxes as per specification etc complete. and excluding Seigniorage charges

Laying of CC Road;Providing of mechanical trawelling, finishing with sound edges and corners, including hire and operational charges of machinery, labour, fuel etc, complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work

Laying of CC Road;Supplyand placing of Impermeable plastic sheeting 125 micron thick over lean concrete mix as separation membrane.

Laying of CC Road;Supply of bituminous hot sealing compound (Grade 'A' ISI) /polysulphide and sealing the joints including cost and conveyance of all materials etc. for contraction joints at 4.5 m interval/ for longitudinal/ transverse joints as per MORTH specification No. 602 - 1 Rmt

Laying of CC Road;Supply of 25mm thick high performance premoulded expansion joint filler board (SILFLEX CAPCELL HD-100 or equivalent make), placing the same 25 mm below top of pavement slab, sealing with bituminous hot sealing compound (Grade 'A' ISI)/polysulphide at 50 m interval in CC pavement including cost and conveyance of all materials for expansion joints conforming to MORTH specification No. 602 - 1 Rmt of joint length for 150 mm thick slab

Laying of CC Road;Supply and placing of Ready Mix Concrete M 30 as per IS-4926:2003 of following grades with minimum cement content as per IS-456:2000 and Standard mix design as per IS-10262:1982, with coarse aggregate of nominal size 20mm and fine aggregate of Zone II as per the mix design approved by the Department from Standard suppliers including cost and conveyance, vertical pumping and Horizontal pumping on all materials, etc., works for basic cost including leveling, grading, spreading, curing for 14 days, centering, vibrating, compacting, finishing etc., as required including, material taxes, pumping, transportation, approved admixture etc., complete. Note: 1.Manufactured Sand (Rock sand) and natural river sand in the ratio of 50:50 shall be used.2. The quantities for cement, coarse aggregates and fine aggregates are for estimating purpose only. The exact quantities will be as per mix design..

Laying of CC Road;Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN / Vibratory Roller 80-100 kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 MORD / MORTH.

Laying of CC Road;Carting away earth excavated with a lead of 15km including, loading but excluding stacking SSR conveyance charges.

Laying of CC Road;Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with initial lift of 3 mts and lead upto 50 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 MORD

Laying of CC Road;Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 MORD / MORTH (By Mechanical Means)
