Aesthetic Improvement work;Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC roof slab surfcace with CM (1:3), 20mm thick with 1 kg of water proof compound per bag of cement laid over roof when it is green including cost of all materials, seigniorages charges, excluding conveyance charges of materials and includng all operational, incidental and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing rouding off junctions of wall and slab etc complete for finished item of work.

Aesthetic Improvement work;Plastering 20mm thick in two coats with base coat of 16mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:4) dubara sponge finish including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing mortar,scaffolding charges, lift charges, finishing,including cutting of Grooves wherever necessary as directed by Engineer - in - charge, curing, etc., complete but excluding seigniorage charges for Uneven Surfaces of Brick Wall for finished item of work. Aesthetic Improvement work;Supply and Fixing of 112mm dia 1.5mm thick PVC pipe (ISI MARK) concealed in wall with all required accessories including masonary work and labour charges etc., complete.

Aesthetic Improvement work;Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) using 20 mm metal with concrete mixture. All work upto plinth level. nominal mix (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) using 40mm size HBG (SS5) metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, on all materials, all operational, incidental, and labor charges such as mixing, laying and ramming concrete in layers in position not exceeding 15cm, finishing top surface, curing concrete, etc., complete for finished item of work including centering, shuttering.

Aesthetic Improvement work;Earth work excavatation and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10mt and lift of 4.0mt along the road as directed by engineer in charge with all leads & lifts in all soils like B.C soils, red earth and ordinary gravwl etc., complete as per specificatons.
