Works;Vacum drying of freshly laid cement concrete floor using 100% air tight suction mat of suitable size and length vaccum pump to maintain vaccum pressure 0.7-0.8 atmospheres as per the standard procedure floating with power floater, Mechanical trawelling, finishing with sound edges and camers including hire and operational chare of machinery labour fuel etc complete (as per quotation HMR approved)

Works;Providing and placing of Ready Mix Concrete of Grade M-30 with minimum cement content as per IS-456:2000 and Standard mix design as per IS-10262:1982, with coarse aggregate of nominal size 20mm and fine aggregate of Zone II as per the mix design approved by the Department from Standard suppliers including cost and conveyance, vertical pumping and Horizontal pumping on all materials, etc., works for basic cost including leveling, grading, spreading, curing for 14 days, centring, vibrating, compacting, finishing etc., as required including, material taxes, pumping, transportation, approved admixture etc., complete.Note: 1. The rate of RMC is worked out with manufactured sand (rock sand) and natural river sand in the ratio of 50:50.2. The quantities for cement, coarse aggregates and fine aggregates are for estimating purpose only. The exact quantities will be as per mix design.

Works;Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN / Vibratory Roller 80-100 kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 MORD / MORTH.

Works;Additional manhole 0.10 mt depth Constructon over 0.90 circular sewer man hole of 0.9 mts depth with cement bricks in cm 1:4 prop including internal plastreng 20 mm thick cm 1:3 and external plasterng 20mm thick cm 1:3 with fine rendering including cost and fixing of CI steps and fixing FC/ CI cover and frame but excluding the cost of cover and frame . including the cost and conveyance of all materials at site complete and curing for 21 days complete all taxes as per specification etc complete. and excluding Seigniorage charges

Works;Laying of Seperation Membrane of Impermiable plastic sheeting 125 Micron thick including all labour , accidental and material charges complete

Works;Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH Manual Means

Works;Dismantling of cement concrete, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 MORD / MORTH By Mechanical Means

Works;Dismantling of flexible pavements and stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per Technical Specification Clause 202 MORD / MORTH including all labour , accidental and material charges complete
