Gypsum of 5 kgs. and stone dust) from approved source having minimum crushing strength of 50 Kg/Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, including sales & other taxes on all materials and such as labour charges, like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing, overheads and contrctor profit etc., complete for finished item of work. Construction of MSC;BLD-CSTN-6-13-(68): Construction of Random Rubble stone masonry in CM (1:8) prop: (Cement: Screened sand) using hard Granite stones carted from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, screened sand, water, stones etc., to site and excluding seigniorage charges but including sales & other taxes on all materials including labour for cutting stones to required size and shape, mixing of cement mortar, construction, curing etc. and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work for foundations and basement.
