Arekatika Community Hall in Vemulawada under SDF 2023 24;BLD-CSTN-3-14-(31) - A : Supply and placing of M25 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402)with minimum cement content as per IS code from standard suppliers approved by the department including pumping, centering, shuttering, laying concrete, vibrating, curing etc. complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work. For FOOTINGS, PLINTH and PEDESTALS. Note : 1) The cement content is adopted as 380Kg/cum for estimating purpose only.The exact quantities will be as per mix design. 2) As per mix design, if the cement content is found to be less than 380 Kgs/ Cum the difference in cost shall be deducted For Above Groung Level

Arekatika Community Hall in Vemulawada under SDF 2023 24;BLD-CSTN-6-12-(67) : Construction of Random Rubble stone Masonary in Cement Mortor ( 1:6 ) Prop using hard granite stone including cost & Conveyance of all materials like Cement, Sand , Water, Granite Stones, including labour charges for cutting Stones to required size and shape, mixing of Cement Mortor ,Construction, Scaffolding Charges curing etc., complete for finished item of Work .

Arekatika Community Hall in Vemulawada under SDF 2023 24;Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) prop (Cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) using 40 mm metal with hand mixing upto Plinth level using 40mm size Hard Granite Machine Crushed Metal including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate water etc., to site, labour charges , for mixing , laying, concrete , ramming in 15 cm layers, finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., complete for finished item of work.for foundation and under flooring bed.

Arekatika Community Hall in Vemulawada under SDF 2023 24;BLD-CSTN-2-1 (9): Earth work excavation in Ordinary Soil by Manual Means-Upto 3 m depth for foundations and depositing on bank for all lifts and with an initial lead of 10m including all operational, incidental, labour charges such as shoring ,sheeting, planking, strutting, including backfilling etc. complete for finished item of work excluding dewatering charges etc as per SS - 20 B (APSS 308).
