Construction of Arch in ward no.4;Providing and applying Exterior grade Texture ready mixed paint with sand texture added sand particles Acrylic copolymers and mineral compounds, bactericides and various additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 30 grams/ Lit of average 2 to 3 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, applying emery paper, Sand the surface, clean & wipe off loose dust, applying putty/ texture paint filler by putty knife / muslin pad, air dry for 2 - 3 hrs for the surface preparation including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work for external walls - excluding cost of access scaffolding

Construction of Arch in ward no.4;BLD-CSTN-8-9-(84) : Plastering 20mm thick in two coats with base coat of 16mm thick in C.M. (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in C.M. (1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost & conveyance of all materials like cement, Sand , Water, etc., to site, seigniorage charges, all operational, including charges, labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing , including cutting grooves where ever necessary etc., complete for finished item of work of uneven surfaces of walls. (External walls)

Construction of Arch in ward no.4;BLD-CSTN-4-1-(34) ; Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild steel (MS) steel bars (Fe 415/ Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.( APSS No.126)
