CONSTRUCTION OF CC ROADS AND DRAINS;Providing Plain Cement concrete nominal mix M10 grade using 20mm size Graded Hard Granite Machine Crushed Metal including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate water etc., to site, labour charges for mixing, laying, concrete, ramming in 15 cm layers, finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., complete for finished item of work.

CONSTRUCTION OF CC ROADS AND DRAINS;Collection, Supply and filling with HBG stone chips 2.36 mm & below from approved quarry to work site and stacking at work site to Dept. gauge for premeasurements including cost and convenyance of all material and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications. Clause 305.3.9 MORD & 304 MORTH.

CONSTRUCTION OF CC ROADS AND DRAINS;Dewatering pipe line trenches etc, duly bailing out water from the pipe line trenches with oil engine driven pumpsets, including hire charges, fuel charges and wages for Driver and Helper and all other incidental and operational charges including suction and delivery hose, lead of drain in to natural drain etc, complete.

CONSTRUCTION OF CC ROADS AND DRAINS;RBR-FNDN-1- ( I-A-i ) In ordinary soils, up to 3.00 Mts depth below GL by Manual means: Earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil for Pipe line trenches as per drawings and technical specifications including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material , dressing of sides and bottom as per Technical Specification 305 MoRD / 304 MoRTH and as directed by the departmental officer including protecting the existing utility services wherever it is possible during the execution and taking all precautionary measures in the restricted areas for laying sewer/water pipe lines including divertion of traffic and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material and disposal of remaining earth upto a lead of 50 m, including all incidental and operational charges etc., complete by manual means.

CONSTRUCTION OF CC ROADS AND DRAINS;RBR-FNDN-1- (I-B-i) - In ordinary soils up to 3.00 Mts depth below GL by Mechanical means: Earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil for Pipe line trenches as per drawings and technical specifications including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material , dressing of sides and bottom as per Technical Specification 304 MORTH and as directed by the departmental officer including protecting the existing utility services wherever it is possible during the execution and taking all precautionary measures in the restricted areas for laying sewer/water lines including divertion of traffic and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material and disposal of remaining earth upto a lead of 50 m, including all incidental and operational charges etc., complete for drain work by mechanical means.

CONSTRUCTION OF CC ROADS AND DRAINS;Carting of surplus excavated rock/Soil within a lead of 5 Km from the site to a distance suitable including loading charges, cost & conveyance, dumping, labour charges and other incidental and operational charges etc.,

CONSTRUCTION OF CC ROADS AND DRAINS;BLD-CSTN-4-1-(34) : Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild steel (MS) steel bars (Fe 500/500D/550D grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.( APSS No.126)

CONSTRUCTION OF CC ROADS AND DRAINS;RBR-FNDN-4 E:RCC M- 25 (Design Mix):Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete using 20 mm Graded Metal (MORD & MORTH 12.8 E) hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH. for Culvert slabs

CONSTRUCTION OF CC ROADS AND DRAINS;Vaccum drying of freshly laid cement concrete floor using 100% air tight suction mat of suitable size and length, vaccum pump to maintain vaccum pressure 0.7-0.8 atmospheres as per the standard procedure floating with power floater, mechanical trawelling, finishing with sound edges and corners, including hire and operational charges of machinery, vibrator, labour, fuel etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work.

CONSTRUCTION OF CC ROADS AND DRAINS;RBR-EECD-15: Construction of earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from roadway cutting with all leads and lifts including pre-watering of soil, spreading soil, breaking clods, sectioning, grading and consolidation with 8 to 10 Tonnes Vibratory Road Roller @ OMC to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MoRT&H, including all hire and operational charges of T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H specification 305 (5th revision).

CONSTRUCTION OF CC ROADS AND DRAINS;RBR-CCPV-5-Construction of M30 grade plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork ), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation , applying primer, sealant near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD etc complete for finished item of work.

CONSTRUCTION OF CC ROADS AND DRAINS;Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications for Bars below 36 mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded as per BLD-CSTN-2-18 (26-11-7)

CONSTRUCTION OF CC ROADS AND DRAINS;RBR-EECD-8(c) : Earthwork excavation for road way in soil by mechanical means using hydraulic excavator including cutting and pushing the earth to side of embankment upto a lead of 100 metres including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections etc., complete for finished item of work as per MOR&H specification No.301 and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
