Establishment of Children Play Equipment;SPIRAL SLIDE: Pipes: Material Specification: The Spiral Slide is made up of Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) in 3parts with holding having shell thickness of 3 to 4mm. The slide is supported on a center support of 80 NB pipes. The landings supports of the slide are supported by 20 NB pipes. The Slide ladder is madeup of 75 or 90 OD G.I. Pipe & ladder hand ?railing is made up of 25 NB G.I. Pipe.The triangular steps of the ladder are madeup of 16 SWGG.I. Sheets. The safety railing of the slide is made up of15 NB & 20 NB G. I. Pipe. The traders and risers of the ladder are designed in such a way it won?t entrap child?s footwhile playing. All the sharp edges and corners are properly grinded to give smooth finish so that children are no thurt while playing on it. 10)Nut and Bolts: Galvanized/ s.s./Allen bolt/button head Allen bolt and nuts/nylon lock nuts are used with PVS boltcaps. 11)Material: Fibre Reinforced Plastic with anti-skid surface on top 12) FRP (Fibre reinforced plastic): All the fibre reinforced plastic materials are processed by the hand laid process which is considered to be the best of its type. International quality of Gel coatswhich is duly mixed with UV stabilizes pigment to give the required colour to the product. Thickness of the FRP material varies from 3mm to 5mm asper the product. The FRP material should be tested for abrasion resistance & UTS (Ultimate tensiletest). 13) All metal pipes should be used heavy duty (C class) of Tata/Jindal make only with hot dipped galvanized pipes conforming to IS 1239 (Part 1) with GI thickness not less than 60 micron. 14) Colour: Multi colour for optional or customized and as per RAL shade. 15) Packaging: Safety 3layer packaging like 1st EPE Foam 2nd HDPE Film and 3rd is Stretch wrap. 16) Fixing work: Civil works for fixing equipment with required number of pits with M20 Concrete as directed by sitein-charge,including cost of conveyance of all material like cement, sand, metal,iron Reinforcement, water etc.,including all labour charges for completion offinished item of work.
