Pipe Line Works;Supply and delivery of Single Chamber DI Air Valve of PN 1.6 rated with Body and cover in Ductile Iron of grade GGG40/SG-400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or equivalent grade as per I.S.3896-part2-1985 and subsequent revisions. All internal parts such as float, shell etc., all cover bolts, of stainless steel, and Gaskets and seals of EPDM food grade quality Epoxy powder coating (EP-P) inside and outside colour blue, drilled as per IS:1538.with Supply and delivery laying true to alignment jointing with flanges of PN 1.6 rated DI D/F Isolation - Gate Valves (Soft Seated) Resilient seated soft seating gate valves (Sluice valves) of PN 1.6 grade with body bonnet of ductile cast iron of grade GGG40/SG-400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or equivalent grade as per I.S.3896-part2-1985 and subsequent revisions, wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM food grade quality and seals of NBR and the valves should be of vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BS5163-89/IS14846-2000/DIN 3202 F 4, valves should be with Electrostatic powder coating both inside and outside pocket less body passage, drilled as per IS:1538, including supply of DI/MS Tee to suit the main pipe and Air Valve including laying, jointing of DI/MS Tee and Isolation Sluice valves along with Air Valve including cost of Jointing Materials such as Rubber Gaskets, Bolts & Nuts including with a vertical stem of 50mm dia 3.0m long MS D/F pipe including fabrication charges, welding including cost of material transportation labour charges including 2 coats of best quality blue colour enamail paint including fixing charges and Airvalve encasement all incidental and operational charges etc complete for finished item of work. - 50mm air valve on 75 mm dia HDPE pipeline
