Pipe Line;Connection of Horizontal HDPE Pipeline to GI Vertical Pipe for existing OHSR's - 90-100 mm Nominal Bore GI pipe

Pipe Line;Supply, Transportation, laying, testing & commissioning of 80mm dia 4.8mm thick MS pipe - 'B' class heavy duty MS pipe conforming to IS 3589/IS 1239 including Welding, fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts bolts, gaskets etc. painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint and all other required materials, as per the specification inclusive of cost all jointing materials, labour charges and hydraulic testing of pipeline to required field test pressure in convenient stretches and as directed by departmental officers. The rates are inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materials of pipes and specials and labour charges for finished item of pipeline work, but excluding CED and other taxes. The work shall be executed based on the approved designs and drawings of the department.

Pipe Line;'Supply and delivery laying of 80mm Scour alve on 90mm HDPE Pipeline true to alignment jointing with flanges of PN 1.6 rated DI D/F Gate Valves (Soft Seated) (for Scour Valve) Resilient seated soft seating gate valves (Sluice valves) of PN 16 grade with body bonnet of ductile cast iron of grade GGG40/SG-400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or equivalent grade as per I.S.3896-part2-1985 and subsequent revisions, wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM food grade quality and seals of NBR and the valves should be of vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BS5163-89/IS14846-2000/DIN 3202 F 4, valves should be with Electrostatic powder coating both inside and outside pocket less body passage, drilled as per IS:1538.to suit the pressure class of pipe including supply delivery laying and joinitng of scour Tee of S/S and flanged Tee to suit the main pipeline including cost of joint materials such as rubber gaskets Bolts and Nuts and labour charges with construction of RCC valve chambers as per requirement with RCC slab and RCC manhole cover with locking arrangements, etc.complete for finished item of work but excluding CED and VAT on Valves & other taxes.

Pipe Line;Supply and delivery of 50mm Airvalve on 90mm dia HDPE pipeline - Single Chamber DI Air Valve of PN 1.6 rated with Body and cover in Ductile Iron of grade GGG40/SG-400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or equivalent grade as per I.S.3896-part2-1985 and subsequent revisions. All internal parts such as float, shell etc., all cover bolts, of stainless steel, and Gaskets and seals of EPDM food grade quality Epoxy powder coating (EP-P) inside and outside colour blue, drilled as per IS:1538.with Supply and delivery laying true to alignment jointing with flanges of PN 1.6 rated DI D/F Isolation - Gate Valves (Soft Seated) Resilient seated soft seating gate valves (Sluice valves) of PN 1.6 grade with body bonnet of ductile cast iron of grade GGG40/SG-400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or equivalent grade as per I.S.3896-part2-1985 and subsequent revisions, wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM food grade quality and seals of NBR and the valves should be of vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BS5163-89/IS14846-2000/DIN 3202 F 4, valves should be with Electrostatic powder coating both inside and outside pocket less body passage, drilled as per IS:1538, including supply of DI/MS Tee to suit the main pipe and Air Valve including laying, jointing of DI/MS Tee and Isolation Sluice valves along with Air Valve including cost of Jointing Materials such as Rubber Gaskets, Bolts & Nuts including with a vertical stem of 50mm dia 3.0m long MS D/F pipe including fabrication charges, welding including cost of material transportation labour charges including 2 coats of best quality blue colour enamail paint including fixing charges and Airvalve encasement all incidental and operational charges etc complete for finished item of work.

Pipe Line;Construction of 90mm dia HDPE 6 Kg/cm2 pipeline including manufacture, supply and delivery of HDPE PE-100 grade pipe line per IS:4984/1988 with its amendments and revisions and as shown in the drawing (Part C of Vol - I) and technical specifications(Part B of Vol - I) including supply of pipes, trench excavation by machinery and preparing the bed surface to the gradient by manual for pipe lines in all soils except rock, lowering, laying and jointing of pipes, Specials,valves true to alignment and gradient, asper approved LS drawing, refilling trenches with excavated earth except rock requiring blasting (other than rocky soils and boulders) with watering, tamping and removing surplus earth from site of work and filling pipeline with water and testing etc., complete as specified. The rates are inclusive of Cost of pipes, specials, Lowering , laying and testing and ,labour charges for finished pipeline work but excluding CED and other taxes,cost of vales, Anchor/thrust blocks. And Execution as per approved designs and LS drawings to suit the feild requirement complete and surge.
