Restoration of Damaged Pipe Line;Manufacturing and supply of Mild Steel Pipes manufactured with electric - resistance welding (ERW) or submerged arc welding (SAW) process longitudinally or spirally welded from MS plates confirming to IS:2062, Grade-`A'/ 'B' in suitable lengths to suit the site conditions as directed by the departmental officers, including hydraulic testing to the required test pressure at factory including including cost of MS Plates, welding rods and two coats of epoxy paints and all other required materials, and inclusive of all taxes and duties and delivery of pipes to site and hoisting and carefully lowering the pipes and perfect lining by jacking and joinitng with three run arc welding and as per the specification inclusive of cost all jointing materials, labour charges and hydraulic testing of pipeline to required field test pressure in convenient stretches and as directed by departmental officers. The rates are inclusive of Earth work excavation for pipeline trench of 1.2 X 1.7m size in all types of soils except hard rock requires blasting, and refilling the trench with excavated earth of pipe line etc & cost and conveyance of all materials of pipes and specials and labour charges for finished item of pipeline work, but excluding CED and other taxes,cost of Valves,surge protection devices,anchoer/thrust blocks.Execution as per approved designs and L-section drawings to suit the feild requirement complete and for Surge.The work shall be executed based on the approved designs and drawings of the department- Replacement of damaged 250mm dia. DI K7 pipe lines with 250 mm dia. MS pipe line from Palair OHBR jn to Nayakulagudem at Flood effected area
